Lauren and nick both been through divorce as kids and of course this why they met for reason because god had brought these two together and of course they been through hell in there life as kids and so did I have gone through some things in my child hood and up with my parents fighting non stop

During House of Carters, all of his siblings were refusing to express their appreciation for Nick's attempts to support them. However, I remember that Angel stated in a recent interview that she was the only family member of the Carters who accepted the offer to seek therapy with Nick's support after House of Carters finished. I am truly grateful that Nick and Angel have grown, discussed the importance of prioritizing mental health, and continue to seek therapy to this day. Nick and Lauren are both diligent and supportive of one another and their children.

Oh my God. I relate with Nick so much not just in the rough upbringing part and the bad family lifestyle that he had, but with what he did at the end..He DID deflect. I do the same thing. I've come to realize that. I have a hard time coming to other people for emotional support or just letting my emotions show in general, and hate crying, I have pretty thick skin, but I also deflect in uncomfortable situations and it's instinct with me. When things get too emotional and too..deep for me, I try these little conversational exit plans and just make a joke or act a little goofy or whatever it take to ...idk..just get past that and I just don't really like the emotional and heavy stuff..and especially when I feel tears coming on. Just Noo. Haha.

Maybe that's the upside of joing BSB when he was a preteen he spent more time with 4 older teenage boys/young men who thank god didn't do horrible things or mistreats Nick cuz he was 12/13 and they were older than him they treated him like a little brother and were good to him then his own PARENTS. Maybe apart from recovering from drugs the reason why Nick is the sane one is he spent more years with 4 older boys that weren't toxic or manipulative than his parents and 4 younger siblings.

In the end Nick has suffered a lot
