Charlotte was projecting her insecurities onto her own friend and it caused her to become self conscious I’m so glad she hopped out of that phase fast as lots of people take years, if not forever to get out of that shell in after she became bald 😊

I love how Roman and Charlotte were still so supportive after Lyra lost her hair. This encourages people to love themselves even if they think they don’t look pretty.

There was a girl I went to school with and she graduated a year ago, but she had lost her hair to cancer and she was so strong. She told her story to most the school and said that she considered wigs and covering up to look "normal" but decided not to. She was one of the best basketball players on the team, and she was strong- physical and mentally. She won competitions for being the strongest female able to dead lift hundreds of pounds in our state. She is still one of the strongest people I know today💖

This story is so beautiful and how it represents mental health and anxiety like most teenagers are going through these days... I am sad that some people from past generations are saying things like, "Kids these days are so spoiled and bratty." Or the likes but Gen Z is also going through stuff, mostly not physical like our past generations but also mentally.

Wow. At first I thought "with friends like Charlotte, who needs enemies," but as the story went on, I felt kind of sorry for her.
