i just started apex pc i play in eu, at level 8 i got match maked with predators, buti didnt know until a friend told me what the badges mean, now im lvl 40 and i get match maked agaisnt preds and masters about 80% of the time, im extremely bad and avrg 400dmg and 0.6 kd on my profile in the game, this is pubs and not ranked edit:the game is still fun even if i get steam rolled i do get some games that are more playable though

@@schonfeld5158 I started week of release. This games SBMM is the worst I’ve ever seen. But the base gameplay with movement and gun play is just so good we stay cause nothing can compete.

Yeah, it's a double edged sword. Super unbalanced fights aren't fun for either side. The lower player just gets stomped without having any chance to even try improving and the higher player doesn't get any form of challenge. And rather even fights tend to give the most fun fights. But you don't even need a high ranking friend to get hit by that. The way they "balance" teams is just bad.

@@wutever8167 no point in learning recoil i learn them before but the basic are enough like the only guns i'll say to learn is flatline or maybe the lstar for long range and re 45 cuz it goes to right rest u just need to pull down and adjust. problem is that couching for apex is pointless at lower level u can just learn by playing if u want to be couched i'll learn something for treee about his movement aceu for his aim and faide for his zipline tricks but the basics u don't need a couch

@@wutever8167 you can unload a full no-mag 18 bullets from a 301 on a purple armor and drop them but most of the time, they're not going to stand there and just eat it. First 10 bullets recoil is essential but beyond that is quite niche

The statement that "There's tons of variations in each recoil pattern." is factually wrong because Apex has static recoil patterns with minor variance added to every bullet. You will always compensate the recoil of a 301 by pulling down-left, right, left. For Flatline it will always be down-right, left, right, down-right. For R45 it will always be down, aggressively down-left etc. When somebody is asking money for coaching I expect the information they provide about a fundamental game mechanic to be factually accurate. 2. Another thing that bothers me is that right after saying that the coach tells ottr to spraying at 100m to practice recoil control. Knowing the pattern (or the general pattern of down-left / down-right -> horizontal wiggle that many guns have) helps immensely when trying to commit recoil control to muscle memory.

Mouse and keyboard has a major movement advantage over controller (controller without using the special shit)
