In this video, I introduce you to my mindset coach Christina Spinazola! Christina came into my life about four months ago. She cold emailed me asking if I wanted to try coaching with her and I said, “why not?!” In the past four months, Christina has rocked my world and helped me shift the way I am thinking about literally everything!
I’ve been on this journey of learning about mindset and self-improvement for a while, but this sort of accountability and consistency has helped me create major shifts and results in my life.
In this video, I share how mindset coaching with Christina has helped me manifest more of what I desire in my life and co-create my reality. We discuss mindset coaching and how it works and I share some of my experience since working with Christina.
Because this work goes to the subconscious level, I’ve also been prioritizing my meditation practice during this time, mainly with Dr. Joe Dispenza meditations, since they coincide so well with this type of practice.
Mindset coaching is about bringing awareness to our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs on a subconscious level so we can decide to shift them and co-create our reality, rather than letting our thoughts control us. It’s been super helpful for me to continue with Dr. Joe’s meditations during my time working with Christina because it’s truly amplified everything that I am doing!

P.s. I shifted and turned my ENTIRE life around in 4 months!!! I did a moon ritual on the night of a full moon and again on new years night at midnight and everything I asked for I got. Now that I know how much I power I have I need to push past why I keep dreaming so small. I got to up the anty

I could not go to Vienna because of Covid. How do they handle the situation now? Here in Europe it is Lockdown after Lockdown... people are not allowed to gather with more than 5 people etc etc...

I find it bothersome that courses like this are so unattainable for people with lower incomes who could really benefit from a better mindset. $600 for a group course seems excessive, tbh.

Totally Agree! I always thought & still do that if this stuff is the TRUTH then no one would charge for it, it would be like Church, you come in, sit down & get a FREE SERMON, Period. It looks like this lady is leeching off poor sky (cause her base is growing). I also don't like the odd way Sky is taking & acting in this, also more swearing then usual. Hhmmm... =-/!

Everyone deserves to be properly paid for their time and expertise. Pastors and priests are patronized by donations and generally, the volume of their donations is commensurate to the value they provide the community and their congregation. All too often, women are urged to undercut their monetary value and I have to commend all women standing up for what they believe they are worth and unapologetically ensuring that they are compensated for their gifts and talents.

@@lotussky9734 doesn’t really make sense to compare it to clergy members and church donations. If she was accepting donations and someone gave her $600, that’s a different ballgame. It’s something else entirely when someone says they have knowledge that could benefit your life and health, but only the wealthy can afford it.

@@michellekrampitz2837 I guess that point was intended for Violet in this thread when she suggested that offering "truth should be free" and compared it to clergy giving sermons. My point otherwise is just that people should charge what they think they are worth and the customers/subscribers/students who sign up determine it is worth it to them. I'm all for women gaining expertise and expecting to be paid properly in return for their sharing, guidance, and services.

Hi Sky....Haven't watched you for awhile. Happy to catch up. I am sad to hear that you have anxiety. You always seem so grounded and confident. You do so much and have so generously shared with us. Listen to your body and always say no if you aren't feeling the vibe. I had anxiety and can honestly say it's so minimal now because of meditation and me paying attention to my feelings. I get that you have pressures but sometimes you have to say I am just having a "me" day and don't feel guilty. I am a mom to 3 beautiful young adults and totally understand the pressures and worries of your generation. Live in the moment and just be your beautiful self. Your coach is very inspiring. I'm really glad you found a reputable life coach. In my first trial with a life coach she pulled out a pendulum to clear my trapped emotions instead of going through the cognitive-based route. I'm not sure about the pendulum thing, but if it does work I don't believe it would over a zoom call. She didn't market herself in this way and I was disappointed.

Loving this kind of content! I am doing a program called DNRS, which stands for dynamic neural retraining system, which is kinddddd of similar to Joe Dispenza's work. People do it to cure themselves of physical and emotional issues. It involves out-loud visualizations, among other tools. Watching these kind of videos makes me want to keep meditating!

I can immediately tell your mindset changed because you believed hiring coaches and mentors was stupid and a waste of money (fixed mindset trait) I have been working on my mindset for a while and its actually helped heal a stomach issue (when added with some spiritual practices) I plan on hiring a coach/mentors once I solve my financial issue.

This sounds like cognitive behavorial therapy. As long as the practitioner is licensed and ethical, this seems like a cost effective program 4 ppl who could benefit from such but dont have insurance or the ability to afford it

@@OmarCapital Well the main focus of CBT is to "challenge and change cognitive distortions and behaviors". As u can see from her sessions, the coach often challenges her view of something in order to get her to rethink that belief. Not saying that this is CBT exactly, but it's essentially using the same practice

@@dakotaproctor2637 I appreciate your response and the reason I asked is because you noticed that it could be CBT and at the same time it could actually be one of many different types of modalities, The first one that came to mind for me was NLP because a lot of modalities built on the foundation that NLP already laid out which means As you can see it could be CBT mixed with NLP plus many other modalities 🙂
