32:30, I saw in a Kcmo rust tips video that you can have the person lower their FPS to 1 and they'll slowfall lagging down as you're on top of them. Haven't tested it myself but saw it in the video like I said.

After all these years you'd have thought facepunch would have gotten a better anti-hack system, the fact so many people can hack in this game uninterrupted for so long & then just hop on another bought account infuriates me. I've played more than 4,000 hours, over more than 4 years & I'm still getting notifications of people I've reported that have gotten banned... Rust is one of the greatest games on PC, only 2 things let it down: 1. A very toxic community 2. The Infestation of hackers I hate to sound like "that guy" but if Facepunch just kicked out ips from Russia & China, hacking would become almost none existent, it would still exist but those two countries OFTEN make real life profit from selling scripted accounts, if they can no longer create them or access them... then no more problems.
