Bro. Same. It takes a few seasons to dial in your development processes and practice strategies. I found out that when you develop a part, use the ranking system to adjust your sliders until every aspect of that part improves. Sometimes you have to invest more CFD and wind tunnel time to make it work. It’s best to address your weakest parts first. For practice sessions I like turning the tyre strategy on the lowest level and fuel on conserve while I’m setting up the car. I also turn the ers all the way down while I’m optimizing the setup. This puts less wear on the components and your drivers are less likely to lock up or run wide. When there’s 12 minutes left in the session I box for a set of softs and lower the run plan down to 10. I turn up the fuel and tyres up to the max and push the last 10 laps. It’s good to keep a log book of every race, keeping track of tyre degradation, fuel consumption, and setup. It’s also good to log how long it takes to exit the pit so you can plan for an under or overcut strategy.

I've managed to win drivers championship 4 times and constructors 3 times using Pourchaire and Piastri in Williams 2028, Pouchaire's finished outside the points twice and won every other race. Both of them were on 400k a year. Now i will struggle as they both want 15m each to re-sign. This looks alot more fun with lowest rank drivers :D
