Best advice I have is fight people a close to your level numbers like if you 1578 fight someone like 1571 but I really recommend if you are really really good just fight people silver and up just gold and silver once you hit gold fight gold higher than you like 1700 or fight emerald but I rather u spar emeralds to get better

You gotta spar join groups getter better fight better people in ranked for example if your silver fight silver if you gold you can fight silver and gold

I don’t get it, I watch your videos and the people you fight don’t press you crazy, or spam attack you or nothing, there mostly playing passive and trying to counter/play off you, whenever I play (gold currently) I just get bum rushed the whole round and dudes on me like glue just spamming attacks and idk how to counter it, whenever I try to pressure him to drop defence he somehow gets my health low to fast but then when I try to turn the tables he just runs through me
