I Hope It's Trevor (Clip from Ghosts Season 2, Episode 22, "The Heir") 

What a great show! And as the season comes to a close my wife and i eagerly await the next show!

Maybe Stephanie the teen ghost in the attic got sucked off. She did find love with the cholera boy. Although everyone has had some type of closure. Alberta and her murder, Hetty's secret about her murder, Pete saw his daughter grow up and get married, Thor and his guilt about killing his best friend and eating him, Trevor realizing his death didn't cause his parents divorce, Issac coming out and his guilt for ruining his wife's life, Sas finally realizing that he has been the best story teller the whole time, or Flower for never forgiving herself for stealing the money but then learned that her boyfriend went on to start a coffee company in Flower's honor. It could be anybody. Come on season 3!!!!

Here is a prediction so that if it comes true, I have it documented that I called it: Alberta went to Heaven, finally at peace knowing who killed her and forgiven Hetty for covering it up. However, even with Alberta gone, Hetty still chooses to give up her room as penance for what she did to Alberta. Isaac and Nigel get Hetty's room.

I say it's Nigel. He has finally come to term with himself and his love. He took that "next step".

After watching the ending again I truly think we are getting a new character. The beam of light is coming down not going up.

I hope nobody goes but I do have a feeling someone from the cast is indeed leaving... I have 5 guesses on top my head: Pete, Alberta, Trevor, Thor, and Isaac. Why? Pete has finally got to see his daughter get married, Trevor's body has been found, Thor has finally got to meet his son Bjorn, The world finally knows who Isaac is... but the strongest candidate to go is Alberta because pretty much the second season is focused on the mystery of her death, and it has finally been resolved. As much as I don't want anyone to go, but I do have a strong feeling that somebody is going.

I kind of grew on the old gang. Hate to see any of them move on. When the series wrap up, It would be interesting to see Sam and Jay become ghost themselves.

Its funny looking back at all the guesses didnt see a single one with right guess...they really psyched us all out

At first I was thinking it would have been Alberta, cause now she knows who killed her and forgave the person (Hetty) for all this time knowing the answer but covered it up but now I am guessing it will be Nigel, leaving poor Isaac alone.

I hope it was Nigel. Now that isaac proposed, it made nigel happy enough to go away. I don't need stephanie, nigel and nancy from the plague pit appearing every [other] episode.

Bruh just finished all seasons. My guess is its going to be 1 of the Cholera Ghosts. I think the show wants to troll the audience into thinking a Main Ghost Character is leaving when it's a Minor Ghost Character.

I don’t think that one of the ghosts is getting “sucked off.” I believe that someone is coming back down. I can’t imagine losing any of the great characters in this show, they are all incredibly talented and we come to think of them as one happy family. I sure hope that I am correct 😊

I did get the answer to a question I thought of a while back, what happened to David Woodstone? Turns out, David died of an aneurysm at a strip club, and he's haunting it, with another guy, Schmitty, who died of food poisoning from bad sex shrimp.

Thinking about it I could be Alberta. Her murder has been solved, she saw her descendant follow in her footsteps, and she made up with Hetty. But then again we wont know for sure until season 3

There were a lot of closures for sure, but I'm still on the bandwagon with someone... I can't necessarily imagine they have any of the main cast gone after just two seasons. It'd be much better for one of them to go a few more years later. Not to say it couldn't be Stephanie or Ralph despite not appearing in the season finale. Does it matter if Stephanie finds out her killer's identity? As for Ralph, I think it'd be a waste of a cliffhanger, especially where in real time with the writer's and screen actors guild strikes, it would add to the discouragement that it would be someone lesser in the series to date for that kind of a wait. Nancy's story along with all of the other cholera ghosts feels incomplete as it feels random that they're just 'there'. Probably wasn't Thor because there's probably some key details in the future that he can discuss with Bjorn plus his relationship with >> Flower >> whom still has a chance to see her brother knowing (or forgetting) he's still alive. I have to imagine that's a future storyline. Likely not Sasappis/"Sass" as we still don't know how he died and even though he wouldn't see her, could be given key information about something in his life from Sam who would get it from Shiki. Probably wasn't Alberta either although it seemed like she had proper closure. Her absence would have no reason for Todd to appear again, even after Alberta's murder was solved. His story still feels incomplete. There possibly 'could be' something more for him and/or Alberta's descendant Alicia, and you would want/need Alberta around for that. Trevor's and Pete's stories do feel complete, but I have an idea why each of them stays. In Pete's case, there could still be a time where Jay almost dies again, but this time can see the ghosts. He'd see his man Pete, and from there could have their long-awaited D&D game. Nothing significant with Trevor but to see Jay's reaction seeing him without pants and 'maybe' talking to him about hitting on his wife. I don't think it would be Crash because despite very limited appearances, we never learned his death so there's no series closure there. I think they keep Hetty because of her being Sam's ascendant, and they can bring back Elias again if they wanted to. There could possibly be a bigger storyline with him later to where he actually ascends that time, if not any of the next few possible appearances. Nigel and Isaac basically got closure cause there's nothing truly more they can do as ghosts based on time of their deaths. For either of them, it's not like there's going to be an ancestor to come show up. They're fiances and began sharing a room and eventually a bed which is as far as that can happen for them as ghosts (save for a ghost wedding, but there's other ghost couples). It'd also allow Isaac's character on the show to be more broadened and grow. Also, despite what he thinks about them 'now', there's still Baxter or Jenkins whom Isaac could start a future relationship with ----- ----- ----- ----- that's why I believe it was Nigel who was sucked off.

Ghosts haven’t returned where I am. Who got sucked up into the light. I’ll never know.

I’m hopeful it’s Stephanie or Crash. No offense to the actor but he doesn’t really add much to the show; and I don’t want to lose any of the main ones.

This whole series is a copy of the British version which first aired in April 2019. When is Hollywood going to do something original?
