Hi Katie- sorry about trudy ( I think it was) that she has a sore foot, Hope she gets better soon. the baby so cute and friendly as well. I miss being around horses and working with them. I've only been following you since Seven was born, but I have a question about implanting embryos. In humans, isn't the failure rate pretty high of implanted embryos? Yet it seems like when you do it, most of the time it works. Am I understanding that right? If so, why is that? TIA
Both have very different reasons for being "better" colts are a definite sale as they don't really keep males as a rule as they can't breed males.... fillies are great as they give the option to keep them and use them later as breeders and show them themselves or they can sell them so more options with fillies
gracie is home and seven is still at the clinic .. it was put on facebook like maybe a week ago or less then a week ago.,, but gracie needed more then just walks and to stretch her legs so they decided to bring her home... seven has a WHILEEE before he's able to get home... just thought i'd let u know from the fb vids i seen😊
Gracie is back home in the barn. They're syncing her up with Beyonce so Gracie can be a recip mare for Beyonce's embryo. They sync them up. They'll inseminate Beyonce and wait about 5 days (I can't remember how long they wait) and then they'll flush Beyonce's uterus and retrieve the embryo. They wash the embryo several times and then transfer it into Gracie. My goodness, I've been watching for years and know quite a bit about horse breeding now! 😂😂😂
I think its because Katie wears a microphone and the vet doesn't. I hear Katie fine but since Katie is not close to the vet you can't hear him as well.

@@superpsyched5624 she never said if she had it drained or not but I assume so. She also checked on the baby to make sure Annie didn’t lose it. Baby is all good and has a heartbeat 🙌🏻

Eww had to bring up the new Beyoncé cd. The this ain’t Texas song is annoying. The horse Beyoncé is so much better and I love to watch than the wanna be singer Beyoncé.
