My favorite of the bunch of uncatchable shinies is the Shadow Giratina superboss in BDSP. It doesn't change, but it was amazing to find and fight with my own shiny Giratina

I hunted for weeks for Juniper’s Mincinno on Black and after hunting for Snivy, I accidentally got a shiny Tepig… so I’ve been hunting again :) You may ask why? I don’t know. I wanted to do a Shiny Only run and take it to the literal extreme, I even got Snivy shiny twice but I wanted a female for the nickname and got male twice. I didn’t save them, I reset over them. I got to the first town on my first shiny Snivy then reset… so either that or I’m a mental masochist.

This makes me want to do the hgss battle factory's! Seems like it'd be an equally fun hunt
