Of the three draft leagues I know of, Emerald Draft League and Seasonal Draft Championship were already closing signups by the time this video released. That leaves Victoris (who ran the leagues featured in this video), who have been annoyingly silent about when exactly the next split starts. No doubt they're waiting for the ranked reset. I would bet they start up in early August but that's unconfirmed.
