I Installed ALL New Subnautica Creature Mods AT ONCE! 

there are mods that turn reapers and sea dragons passive. they might still come up to you out of curiosity, but they won't attack. a bit like how great white sharks sometimes do.

The De-Extinction mod is going to be top tier once spawn rates are adjusted a bit. I love it already, but the twisteels are a bit much.

A true Subnatica player: Scared of just about every creature, but always acknowledge and respect the Reaper.

A shame most of the mods aren't available, can't wait to give them a go once they show up

I really wanna see a specimen theta mod. What if it acted like a giant lava larva, draining all your cyclops' power in a matter of seconds?

It's scary enough that its head is bigger than the floating island, but I'm going to have nightmares for months just imagining that thing 10 times its size.

The massive gargantuan leviathan would just surround the entire void instead of ghost leviathans and that dead zone would become ten times scarier as you just see massive jaws approaching you swallowing you whole

Yep the conclusion that I get from this mods is: they are pretty cool and gargantuan leviathan is almost "traumatizing" I would love to see the biter leviathan alive in a subnautica game. This is why I love this mods that bring dead monsters back to life

Idk why but the gargantuan levithan reminds me of that time I accidentally went into the void (or crater edge I dont remember the actual name) and I was in hard-core mode mind you so when I saw those 3 big ghost levithans I did as anybody would do and panicked and lost a fully upgraded seamoth with torpedoes loaded but I did manage to make it out alive

lets hope the return of the ancients mod doesn't only add leviathans, I think it should add smaller fauna that could hurt you, and fauna that could be new food. Perhaps even new flora.

I just got these mods aside from rota of course and saw them all together and then i realized how ridiculous it would be to try to beat the game with them all so i decided to remove cthulu mod beacuse the MOSASAURUS spawn rate was absolutly broken so now im trying to beat the game with de extinction and socknautica

It’s a shame the vast majority of mods don’t currently work on consoles and most likely won’t become downloadable content for them in the foreseeable future. I’m totally not sad and extremely offended by not being able to run something like the Return Of The Ancients or De-Extinction mods on my Nintendo Switch. I would also have loved to see the Ancient Skeleton come back and jump-scare the living hell out of us in either of those mods because why not give us extra nightmare fuel. Maybe they’ll do something like that in the future because who doesn’t love a nice horror Subnautica? Also, a completely random and offshoot theory: The Bloop might be similar to (with some exceptions of course, such as the appearance of the fins/hands and overall creature maneuverability) how our sweet friend Research Specimen Theta might have looked before it died. I wouldn’t be surprised that if the Bloop (or something like it) did exist in the past, it would be on the same evolutionary trajectory as Research Specimen Theta.

You should try to kill a juvenile gargantuan leviathan using the homing nuclear torpedoes. If you can do that, try to kill an ADULT gargantuan leviathan with the same type of torpedoes.

On a slightly unrelated note, I noticed something while watching Jacksepticeye’s full release play through of the first game: in the dunes cache he found a data terminal with info describing the life of one of the precursors who eventually was relocated to 4546B to study the disease and eventually contracted kharaa and so his corporeal form had to be disposed of. Could this be Al-An and explain why he had no physical form in Below Zero? Not sure if anyone has made this connection or talked about it but it would be AWESOME if you could make a video exploring this connection. ♥️
