also, i like how dejean was the only one not talking like he was over confident. his stat predictions for himself were actually pretty humble/realistic. a great player wouldnt go in talking like he would be one of the best rookies in the league out of the gate. tho, Laporta did break a Lot of TE records for a rookie playing for detroit. he'd fit in excellently at detroit playing with 2 former teammates, jack campbell and sam laporta.

Unlike other positions, being delusional is not necessarily a negative for a corner, because getting burnt comes with the territory for most of them, and they often talk trash. Rarely are there actual shutdown corners.

the mad lad who can almost do it all, cooper dejean! he is gonna be a hard player to replace in college. only thing he probably could not do is be a kicker, or a center. hes not a large enough guy that youd want playing center to throw back the defense. but you can put him on safety, CB, tackle, WR, RB, kick return, hell he probably couldve played TE also if iowa didnt already have an arsenal of TEs. he played QB a lil bit in HS so safe to say he can also throw a deep pass if needed.

I really like max melton! Really cool guy, I hope DC gets him in the third he can play inside for us! And TJ Tampa is ight and Nate is really cool but he will go high af after that 4.25… Kool aid is a big no for me! Hope the cowgirls or shegles draft him😂
