I Jumped 1,000,000 Blocks in Survival Minecraft 

Thank you guys so much for 100 subscribers! The kind words mean a lot, and I promise I am working hard on some really big projects.

This is impossible without mods. What the tech support person told you is incorrect. "Timed out" is something the client does when the server is not responding. There are mods (I think) that can increase or even remove this time out time. If there isn't, I'll make one, as it has been annoying me as well.

The quality of your commentary, recording, editing, and idea (very interesting, even though I don't understand redstone or glitches much lol) for this video are hallmarks of a youtuber with many more subscribers. I'm surprised the youtube algorithm knew to recommend this to me, having never watched one of your videos before, but it seems like a good sign you'll go far. Keep up the good work!

it’s hard to see that high quality videos like these aren’t getting enough attention, your videos are very enjoyable to watch.

The crashing happens if you have too many explosions or set explosives to extremely high explosion power as well. My best tip is to get as much RAM as possible allocated to 1 Minecraft instance (with the -Xmx flag under "JVM Arguments" in the "More Options" part of your installation), and then wait. It will take a *very* long time to render that explosion. If it crashes, give it more RAM. The highest you can safely go is to your system's RAM, minus about 4gb (so, if you had 32GB RAM installed, allocate 28GB by changing -Xmx2G to -Xmx28G.). If you allocate more, then Windows won't have enough memory to run and it has a chance to have low memory errors or bluescreen. Minecraft internal servers will rarely time out unless if they don't have enough RAM. Also, if you attempt this, quit out of Chrome and other apps. It will need as much free memory as you can give it. I'm currently seeing if it'll work with 16GB of RAM. Time to place 25,000 end crystals!

I think it's really possible to do, but you forgot one of the many simple rules of life: NEVER WASTE TIME WITH TECH SUPPORT! Here is what is going on, I assume that the chain reaction happens all within one tick (or a very small number of ticks at least), so the game needs to process everything within one tick, this creates a gigantic update order and just calculation chain for a tick, and whatever storage medium is used to store the updates as they are ungoing (likely the RAM) is filled out, that's why you can't explode more than 2000 crystals on your own PC But that should be an easy issue, just talk to someone who knows minecraft's code and subtick mechanics, ask him what the bottleneck that creates the 2000 cap is, then get the save file to run on a system where the specs are above what would allow 25k to explode Your server idea was good, your mistake is that you got scammed paying for a weird rental service instead of running a server on your own PC (which likely wouldn't work if there is this RAM or CPU limitation), or at least some helpful person's server Here is the final issue that stopped you, when you tried blowing it up in slow motion on a server, you were kicked with a timeout error message TIME OUT There was a TIMER, and it RAN OUT Aka there is some piece of code in the server's netcode(or client, same problem) that runs down a timer, maybe 30 seconds, and if no information is sent/recieved for those 30 seconds, then it closes the task and kicks any connected player, assuming that whatever was going one SURELY cannot take longer than 30 second or however the timer was and if the game froze for longer than that, then SURELY it means the game has crashed But that's not the case, for your thing, It could take like 5 hours to process a single game tick (making up numbers here, the point is that the time it takes to process is way longer than the timeout timer), so all you need to do is: 1), get a system that doesn't have the bottleneck which caused only 2000 crystals to blow up at once on your computer (likely RAM limited, or CPU) 2), run the game on a server where the timeout function has been TURNED OFF OR DELETED in the netcode, because the reason you were timing out was literally an artificial limitation where an unecessary extranious piece of code forcefully closed the game and kicked you by ASSUMING it had crashed when it took too long to process, not because it had actually crashed Hopefully you'll manage to get it to work, hopefully you read comments and you'll see this

No, there is a very simple way. In Minecraft Bedrock edition, (at least on a realm) if you place a LOT of end crystals, prolly 1,000, it will launch you much higher than Java and also gives you a huge horizontal boost. I have tested this on my realm and I have flown at least 1 billion blocks. I just don't know how to survive the explosion, you'd have to figure it out. Totems are probably the only way to survive.

sand isnt renewable, but the glass you needed to craft the end crystals is. you couldve made a raid farm and a large villager trading hall overall though, incredible video and achievement! great job :)

I think you were onto something originally with doing it in a solo Minecraft world instead of a server. Then there’s a plug in that allows you to stack entities on top of each other that wouldn’t before, like exp or unstackables like cakes. Then wouldn’t it only be 1 entity being processed so you would be able to achieve your jump AND not crash your world

A solution the the end crystals not loading is not something I know, however there is better and cheaper hosting out there that has stronger servers, like revivenode, I would suggest them if you want a powerful server to load that many end crystals

That glitch on the nether roof is because Minecraft glitched your seed. Happened to me as well. Check your seed number and I but it’s changed since you started the world. The two seeds glitched together - the chunks you have previously loaded remain as the were at the old seed. The new seed is loaded for unexplored chunks. The gash in the nether roof is the edge of the seeds where’s they glitched together. It’s totally scuffed.

Make your own server in a vm on your computer, give the server tons of ram. You might need to mess around with port forwarding in order to connect to it. As a result, you have full control over what specs you give your server.

You could try renting a crazy high spec pc, and loading the world on that. What MIGHT also work is exploding the crystals in stages. For example 4 crystal piles on each cardinal coordinate that all go off at virtually, but not exactly, the same time. So you still get launched super high but your game only has to process 1/4 of the explosions at a time. Could be a stupid idea though idk.

Have you tried disabling the end crystal and explosion rendering? The entity will still be there, but your game just won't render it. I think the Tweakeroo mod has this.

I really respect the effort you put into this video, you BUILT a farm so that you could build ANOTHER farm that you needed to build a different farm, FOR THE FINAL FARM and THEN yuu went ahead and made yourself a SUPER SMELTER so that you could get the correct items that you used the final farm you made to get the base item (Sand) and then all this JUST for your SINGLE question to be answered ! RESPECTO PATRONUM man! I'm currently working on a video to start my own survival series doing some small practice worlds atm to get the hang of things because I haven't really played minecraft in a while because I absolutely MISSED minecraft,and I MISSED making video's for RU-vid so i privated all my crappy- Low quality video's and I'm going to put a TON of effort into my current setup's of videos because I'm excited to start making HIGH quality video's ok minecraft AND other game's that I highly enjoy such as Minecraft (And also Path of Exile so that I can hopefully get a ton of people to learn a hot the game and expose a ton more of people into that game and that genre of games because I wish that community has/Get's larger because that game deserves it 10000%) I rambled a bit but I'm excited to make high quality videos on MC and just RU-vid In general
