@@birgittaussery4280 I know. But why that particular type of bread. She can make a loaf of bread. I've eaten the bread she's making based on a recipe from another RU-vidr. It has a pasty kind of texture, more pancake-like than actual bread. It wasn't appetizing at all to me personally. Unless it's a breakfast sandwich similar to the MC griddle, the texture isn't right for a regular sandwich.
Lots of people are gluten intolerant. If I eat gluten, then I have a hard breathing at night and cannot sleep 💤💤💤😴. I think it's neat to see the butter become bread. Quite a transformation 😁.
Hello from Bangalore, India. Couldn't help laughing when I saw this and also read your thumbnail.. You are not eating this instead of bread, but eating bread plus. These are Indian flat breads. They are our bread and butter food, excuse the pun which is intended😂. We call them rotis or chapathis or parathas...each with slight variation in the method. And we don't even need to use so much butter, therefore our rotis are really healthier version of the bread shown here. The final presentation was nice. But the slow video was testing my patience, sorry.
As a professional chef, the fundamentals of this are satisfactory. However, to circumvent the concerns regarding calories and cholesterol, there are solutions. Use ghee and olive oil as well as a low fat soya margarine as alternatives. If you are looking further for choices please let me know.
The information in this video could easily be done in half the time and the music may be free for it has become way overused. Seems like a lot of work for bread and butter.
