13:29 you see the bottom stick being manually turned. It has a line of some sort of sticky glue on it (white line of silicone). As he requested vip or whatever he was paying more anyway and got the stick turned away to make it easier :I Also kind of assumed that they make it "easier" for you after you reach a certain threshold of money spent so you at least get something even at a loss.

But what I actually find being the worst in this is the super obvious rigging not only of the gripper strength (shure can be set to whatever) and the stick-stuff on the rods which are being turned away after you pass the threshold.
