Don't be scared when I jump down the rabbit hole and take you with me. With that you have been warned. I'm about to do the IT version of cross fading. I decided to start experimenting with Powershell on a Linux system. The lucky victim that survived is going to be Zorin OS. Don't ask which version, because I stopped keeping track. I probably won't take notice until something goes wrong. Thankfully the system is too stubborn to give in. Thank you for letting me ramble for a little bit.
In this video I go the the Microsoft PowerShell Linux Installation page. There I gloss over the steps for installation from the repositories. I'm glad I scrolled down the page to something more appealing to someone that grew up on Windows machines. That's right a direct download and installation from the command line. I personally believe this shaved roughly five minutes from the video. You are welcome. The end result I have the most current version running Zorin OS Linux. the next step will finding tasks for it to work on that I can't get bash to do. Wish me luck.
