I just beat up a spammer, the most satisfying win of my life. After rage quitting he messaged me saying “stop running”. I said “stop spamming knees and elbows” and he said “it’s because you keep running”. I wonder why 😂🤷‍♂️

A good counter to knee elbow spammers is a 2 strike combo.. Always lead with the straight it intercepts the knee/elbow.. Mix it up.. Straight, lead uppercut.. Straight, lead hook.. Straight, lead body hook.. If they don't back off just do a slight pause then throw another 2 punch combo intercepting the next spam attempt

Not sure I agree that Aldo will beat Aljo, given that opportunity (which he should get either as Aljo's next fight or the one after). Stylistically, Aldo is an absolute nightmare for Sterling, but I think Sterling's grappling is pretty unique and he could be the one to get it over on Aldo on the ground (also striking could be closer than people think).
