I think we can see her in the beast yeast 3-4 she speak about the dark cacao's soul jam's power is about to escape and according to leaks the new beast episode is about mystic flour and i think this is why devsis didn't give a special episode to stormbringer because they're cooking the main story i think stormbringer and dark cacao going to beast yeast too
TBH he or the other legendaries from past Cookie Run game deserve to come to Kingdom FIRST before originals like Stormbringer since their voice lines, animations have been leaked and that they appeared in cutscenes from Sherbet’s story so it’s fair for them to come first before any Kingdom originals.

Look… I like Stormbringer cookie and her design and I’m glad they released her. But a masculine legendary would be nice… one that is original to Kingdom and not adapted from Ovenbreak.

I think the reason why black pearl is not involved it's because she's not an elemental Cookie while the rest of the legendaries are [except Dark enchantress]
I dont know if its true but one thing i notice is that when cookies talk in the dialog, cookies that are playable/upcoming playable talk their name are colored (like butter roll's name dialog is colored upon the 3rd beast yeast update, the 4th is playable) If wind archer cookie is gonna be playable, his name dialog wiuld have been green instead of grey(one thing that backs up the evidence is that shadow milk is colored even tho he has not released upon the release of beast yeast, so if the cookies name is colored from a cookie that is not released, its hinted that the cookie would be released the next update or will be released in the future and grey colored(excluding cookies who has grey on their design) are either nocs and wont be in the game
It is possible to include everybody!!! The ancients are taking the help of elementals and dragons as said in the story. But dark enchantress also must be cooking something. It could be like ancient, good legendaries and good dragons vs dark enchantress, beasts, evil legendaries and bad dragons. The good ones could be wind Archer, piraya, ananas, lotus, millenium tree, moonlight, storm bringer etc vs Logan dragon, leechi, abyssal monarch, fire spirit (not sure but he and piraya will probably not be in the same team), black pearl (only if she doesn't get her pearl back from Oyster), beasts etc.
I feel that the only way blackpearl could be used in the main story is if the gingerbrave squad fails in their first attempt to beat dark enchantress thus, they would seek for someone with a significant amount of power. Maybe captain caviar could be part of the story and Captain caviar (and maybe Candy Diver) plus gingerbrave squad would try convincing Black Pearl to join them because they need her to stop dark enchantress from taking over. This would be very hard considering Black Pearls beef with Captain caviar (and maybe Candy Diver), and her hatred for cookies in general. Black pearl either excepts their deal out of fear of Dark Enchantress or declines.
I think if the first will be wind archer, next millenal tree. Fire spirit can be on a dragons / dragon valley update, cuz of his connection with pitaya. The world exploration finished, but they can create a new mode, not Beast-Yeast.
maybe wind archer will be mentioned/appear at mystic flour cookies release? they both have the same capability of nature and the total opposites also Wind Archer: Has Empathy for the natures and forests and be willing to do anything to protect it Mystic Glour: Has Apathy for the nature and has no remorse for destroying nature

Technically Black Pearl could get involved since 1. She encountered one of the elders, 2. She might help sea fairy if she finds out, and 3. Oyster Cookie is likely going to be her biggest rival
Too bad that dark enchantress cookie might never be playable cuz of white lily being playable 💀💀💀 (imagine the next skin of white lily is dark enchantress)
