" I just stopped to see if you're OK" Not true. Took a photo without verbally announcing he did so. Admittedly, he didn't go all ID Junkie , but only because he knew that would fail. AB is becoming too well known, but that's a good thing
I disagree, auditors claim they want their rights respected to be left alone, that's fair enough. The copper doesn't tell him to stop, nor tells him he can't do xyz, he doesn't do anything except take his image, which ab happily does to everyone be meets. It's clearly a facility which has aspects of high security, they don't know abs motives they do their due diligence and record his image, they should have verbally announced they were taking it however.
I personally think you should ut a complaint in against the police officer. You live in the UK not China no expectation of privacy in public but cops turn a free country into a police state is another
@@TheBrianBurrows Kicking myself that I mistimed this. I was in Cheltenham (Pavilion?) last Wednesday on way home from Chippenham job - back in April though.
@@auditdb7433 For some reason the helmets affect their memory. A bit like cycle seats squeezing the proverbials causes red/green colour blindness. You can check this at any traffic lights used by cyclists.
and as we all learned in this channel and many others: Covertly recording is [imagine drum noises] hostile reconnaissance. Yes even stated by the MOD, the element which makes reconnaissance hostile, is in fact the element of covering up the fact you are collecting information. So in this case, this cop actually tried to execute hostile reconnaissance against a member of the public. Just remember that fact, next time they act flappergasted why they are not liked and appreciated by the public.
Everyone is right. Copper failed to do his horrible subversive and dirty job corrrctly. He removed any pretence of policing by consent by not telling you that he was recording you. He also blatantly gathered that data. Knowing full well that no criminality was taking place. This is surely a civil rights violation? Sad times.
A private road can be used by anyone. All it means is that it is maintained by the owner and not the council. To be a truly private road it has to be gated to both pedestrians and vehicles.
Doesn’t quite work like that mate! Police have the absolute right to ask for your details, and you have no right to supply, doesn’t mean they can’t ask!!!
@@dranyamjust6303 which also means you have the right to ask to see their medical licence. If they want to play games then play them back. I always treat everyone how they treat me.
Yes it seems they are compiling a list of Auditors for their intelligence. Once you're on their watch list, you are scrutinized, House details, Car reg. Phone no. Social media, friends etc. 😮😮😮
Ab is known already, most if not all of the large subscriber base auditors are already known. The vast majority are already on the system from either their past records or when they've been arrested rightly or wrongly during their auditing.
That must be the weirdest , strangest , pathetic , unprofessional , childish , embarrassing , useless , pointless , rude , unethical , moronic , stupid police action ever recorded !!!! who was he what was he ??? HARIBO COPS of Gloucestershire do a Del boy and Rodney skit ? was it a red nose day think ? I'm still in shock by what I just saw - were they real cops ?
Taking pictures of AB so they can put him on the protester list, which they then use to turn up at your home and try to scare you into not going to certain protests.
What a disgrace this corrupt poilce officer telling lies to a member of the public who is on public land and taking photographs of the buildings all from public land what a disgrace he is to the police force
I've made this comment a few times but the Police never seem to get the message; 'The Chief Constable wrote to all forces explaining that Public Photography is not a crime. Indeed, after incidents, the Police have successfully appealed for any photos or videos of the incidents, which have subsequently proved to be of use in any investigation.'
Welcome to the Minority Report .. The Precog Twins are the algorithm, and now it will predict the chances of you committing a crime ! .. and what Crime it could be
@@justalitttleun to be fair, i disagree. there are a lot of aspects of our society that make people think that. we have a massive amount of surveillance. things like this too, are worrying. taking pictures on the sly. but we be can hold people to account in general. there are some who escape, particularly the establishment. if we really did live in a police state, under a proper authoritarian regime, we would know about it. we're not there yet.
@@breakbeatkidWe're already there, try and keep up, mate. Disagreement is not a basis for law. The Stasi establishment will tell you this, because they believe it to be true.
The surveillance state continues to gather data on any Citizen who dares step out of their expected or predicted path and so sends an order following copper around to record the image of the Citizen who dares become an individual. It's a disgrace that they are so brazen about their building dossiers on free Citizens who are breaking no law and committing no offence.
so, the moral of the story is: if anyone is lonely and needs some human interaction all they have to do is walk around filming things - and suddenly everyone is interested in you 🙂
They're compiling intelligence on Auditors. They're sick of being sued in Court by them. Once they have your details, photo etc you're then on their watch list. Address, Car reg, phone no. Social media and friends you associate with.
@@amigodawn1728Makes NO difference to them how much they are sued , the taxpayer pays the bills and they mark their own homework as far as disciplinary matters is concerned , so it's as nothing to them other than public humiliation if they misbehave like that officer did .
this officer maybe thinks he is a doctor, to stop and ask you about your welfare. he wants your picture maybe to take home and look at it at night when he's all alone!
That's another complaint. You shouldn't of said anything about that corrupt 🐷's lack of notifying you of the camera operation. Would make your complaint carrying more strength against pigs who do not follow Police policy, and GDPR / DPA good practice.
The ignorance of the public regarding public photography, as they are constantly being filmed by a plethora of cameras, never ceases to amaze me. That corporate cop is a bare faced liar.
You need to report that plod for covert surveillance without authority from his duty inspector. It’s a big deal that he’s broke that rule. We’re you masked or not?
There are to many cops filming without saying that they are . Why are they allowed to brake the laws without the higher authority's doing something about it. So much for narrowing the distance between police and public. Commitment has to come from both sides.
It's clearly a sensitive site, the clues were there. Ab knows this, but plays dumb, the response was a little over zealous from the workers, but it's they feel worried about his actions it's reasonable to speak with him surely? People would be complaining if it was a hostile actor and something happened and no sure diligence was done- image captured.
@@ifyouknowyouknow6288 If there are no gates then this "clearly sensitive site" isn't a sensitive site at all. If even a basic level of security (FYI gates) isn't present then it's reasonable, don't you think, to conclude that it's unlikely to be a sensitive site. Unless of course you think Tesco and other ungated buildings are sensitive sites. I think that's relevant.
@@tonyoliver2750 the building is secure, the road upon which the site sits is a private road regardless of whether it has gates or not, security isn't guarding the road, they're securing the building. Sainsbury's owns the carpark and road on its land, the building is secure but the private road isn't policed, but it remains private, in which they can ask you to leave their privately owned property.
Me - Help! I've just been robbed! Police - We won't be long, we're just taking photos of random members of the public to share on our Whatsapp group. Me - That's OK, it saves you sharing racist and misogynistic messages and pics of the bodies of 2 murdered sisters!
The police endangered members of the public using the road by stopping their car in the middle of a busy highway for the sole purpose of, without proper notification as per their own policy, therefore taking an illicit photograph, breeching GDPR and Regulatory Powers legislation, of a member of the public on a public footpath engaging in the completely lawful activity of public photography. UNBELIEVABLE! 😂
They had a policing purpose and used their blues. Should have verbally announced agreed, but they're entitled to take his image, given the obvious sensitivity of the buildings he's filming.
@@spiritusinfinitus don't kid yourself, really don't think he wins that many at all, only a handful where he was 100% assured of a payout. He doesn't bother trying for 99% of videos, as he knows he wouldn't get a penny. I concede you maybe correct in this scenario that he could claim.
They try the 'just seeing how you are' lie, when the real purpose was to grab a picture. No shoulder number offered, and no announcement of the recording. After several years of these videos there is clearly so much more work to be done.
Another clown 🤡. Very Unprofessional 2294 PC Hall. Forgetting the main policy regarding filming… when literally only having intentions to film a member of public. TYRANT.
Words fail me with it all, but we found wolly Man with his, just come out to drink tea, then AB says (during the communication that he didn't want ) are you sure you dont have vodka in your drink wolly Man says its coffee. 😂 keep up with exposing this upside down world Ab. 🙏🏼
guy with the cup.... walks up says hello. then says we cant communicate... then says why you filming... i think what ever is in that cup needs drug testing that has to be the oddest stop by cops ive ever seen. and using the flashing lights aswell.
And you wonder why the police don't like cameras, they only like them when they are pointing in your direction, if they are pointing towards the police they don't want you to expose there tyrannical & unacceptable behaviour in some situations which they should be full held accountable for.....
These tax funded clowns masquerading as police aren't funny. They come blue lights flashing for a man with a camera. What a waste of resources, cop number one lies so badly it's embarrassing.
That police officer was policing with his ego. He had all the intention of abusing your rights. It didnt even occur to him that he should inform you that he was recording your image. His only intent was to lie to you. The police have fallen and now see the public as the enemy.
Wally said hes just drinking tea but then said hes drinking coffee. What a Wally !! Oh and police are recording videos and later running the images through facial recognition so my advice to everyone is to always cover your face when police approach.
