The worst part is that the pain is so unbearable that it wont go away, you feel like your suffocating in your own sadness. Why cant i just turn it off

I used to be just like this, in a very dark place, and like I dont want to feel anything. And for any of you in that place, I made it out, so you can too. I believe that all of you can find your way to happiness like I have. It won't be the same path as mine or the next person, but you will find a path out of the dark void of bad thoughts and feelings. I promise you, there will be better times in the future.

For a second i feel like im listening to myself.I hate myself a lot cause no one here by my side and I lost everything thing but the most pathetic thing I lost myself I don't believe in me feel like a garbage and i know god is not watching me cause if he ever looked at me he won't be that merciless to me. I don't have any wishes anyone Just want to sleep and never ever wake up this is my last wish to God

I have epilepsy and most times I feel like a bother or a burden 😢😢😢i just want it to be gone...but there's only one way for that

It feels regretful that you don't have guts to die by your own hands to end this pain to get relief from this by ending this
