2 of the internets top Internet personalities who are also known for being 2 of the nicest people to ever exist having a great time together in a match is everything a good wrestling fan wants. Love to see everything you’re doing Simon
Simon, it doesn’t matter to me if you are the best pro wrestler, the worst pro wrestler or anything in between. You are living your dream, working towards something that encourages you to grow and improve, and you are having fun doing it. Thank you for opening up to us, and sharing this journey. I have mad respect for you! Signed, a fellow bald a-hole.
It wont happen Danhausen is leaving AEW. Soon as punk left he told TK he wants to leave and thus we haven't seen him on TV since. He backed Punk as he's a close friend and it bit him in the ass. especially with ROH owned by TK now.
This is the first Simon Miller match where I actually knew his opponent from beforehand, I was actually really hype for this one, thanks dude you're a real life action hero
For Christmas this year I bought my gf three Simon Miller tshirts and three Danhausen tshirts. She thought it was the greatest present ever. So for her, this is a true dream match!
absolutely love simon as a wrestler, as an internet personality hes awesome too dont get me wrong, but hes unashamedly in love with wrestling. its not just a paycheck and you can see that in his performances. hes not a copy of someone else, he may say hes not clean at wrestling but anything ive ever seen has been beyond clean, sometimes cleaner than newer people on NXT and AEW. you can see that hours are there, just need some more and hes a household name. love your stuff simon, and fans of simon im so happy youve matched his positive pete attitude
What Had Me Dying With Laughter 😃 😀 😄 😁 🤣 😂 Was That Spot When You Were Choking The Hell Out Of Danhausen Y'all Just Know How To Play Both Of Y'all's Roles And Hopefully We Will See A Part Two In AEW Down The Line In Thee Future 😂😄😁😆🤣😎🤟🏻
Congrats on the match! This another reason why I love you analysis videos because you know what you are talking about. Don't worry about not being 100% in the groove, it will come back to you.
The fact that you're in a ring at all proves that you are a good wrestler. Most people who say certain wrestlers don't belong in a ring are people who have never been in a ring or couldn't cut it in the ring. Being a wrestler is hard on the body and mind, you have my respect ( because I simply can't do what you do, and not many people can).
Simon you to cool Bro, I love seeing you as a heel man especially since the real life Simon is so down to earth and such a positive Pete its awesome to see you having fun as MMM!
Looking forward to watching the full match. From the clips you shared it looks good. Gotta have confidence in your ability. Inspiration for the every man
Simon continues to live out his wrestling dream, I do hope he gets to be involved in something with WWE/NXT in the future. Danhausen also deserves so much more. He's great and so is Simon. I'm glad you guys got to have this match together.
I was there! Simon if you see this I was the blonde woman with the Barbie bag who had a brief chat with you after the match (and was generally geeking out as I also spoke to Danhausen... And because I am a geek 😂). My boyfriend and I both really enjoyed the match and the night overall. I remembered from the Summerslam review Simon mentioning being worried about being out of shape but we definitely worry about these things more than anyone would ever notice them! Would be awesome to see Danhausen in UPW again and my boyfriend and I always look out for shows we can go to. We'd both previously been to a show at Westlands Yeovil and did cheer heel Simon 🤷♀️
Thanks for the video Simon! I always appreciate your openness and honesty. You have a great way of talking and explaining things that feels very personable. Especially opening up about body dysmorphia. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to stand in front of so many people like that, even when everyone is being nice and supportive. It must be a huge challenge. I'm sure you'll get back to where you want to be soon! Secondly, really glad to see you back in the ring! I happened to see Danhausen at OTT Wrestling in Wolverhampton last Friday and he is fantastic. Whether you like him or not (I personally do), he has such a huge presence. Seems like a lovely bloke too. I'm going to a lot more indie shows these days and really hope to catch you at UPW soon! I like being on this positive side of the internet.
Well flub me, thats it. I finished the video. I am extremely happy for you to get to work with people you really want to work with. I love that Danhausen. Now I am off to watch and like that match.
Danhausen is the GOAT. I saw him in May and he snuck into the back of the crowd after his match to watch the rest of the show instead of resting in the back. The dude is passionate, and it shows.
Simon. You are awesome. Your imposter syndrome shines through - this isn't a bad thing!!! - it makes you great and shows how much you care about your craft and how important it is to you to be better. Like I said, you are awesome sir.
The money maker is a brilliant heel character. And it's so much fun being the only one cheering you (apart from during the Danhausen match sorry not sorry) when all my friends are booing you! 😂
No matter your vocation, when you're able to collaborate with someone else that's equally passionate about the craft it's a fun time and an amazing feeling.
I really appreciate you sharing all this with us Simon! At the end of the day you're living the dream of all of us who watch your videos - we'd all secretly (or not so secretly) love to do this, but you actually are doing... and you're not being given anything, you're working your ass off for it! If anyone commenting can't appreciate that, then their opinion counts for nothing. I also respect that you never hide away from any shortfallings, although you do criticise yourself WAY too much at times (as someone who does similar it's easy to spot lol). Every single person out there has good days at work and then some not so good days... you're clearly committed to learning from the latter, and this will take you far! Keep on being you mate, I believe in Simon Miller!
It is a real thing to feel a certain kind of way about your conditioning...especially when something happens to throw everything off (such as an injury). It happens to all of us. Happened to me earlier this year. The main thing is that you get back after it and get back into shape. You've done it before. You can do it again. And your fans will support you regardless. Stay positive. #GW4L
I see heel Simon a couple times a year in these videos, and it's always fun to check in on the progression. I see my nephews a few times a year, and each time they've changed so much. Money Maker Miller apparently unlocked a lot of stuff in the Tekken character creator since last time. It's interesting to hear about focusing on the stuff you did wrong, since that is how you learn and move forward. Every time I play guitar live, most of it is fine but there are always a few things I take away from it or improve. It's not that I'm down on the performance, it's just that it's a constant progression to be better. Wrestling must be the same way since no one ever gives a truly perfect performance if you get nerdy and critique a match front to back.
Yeah Congrats On Thee Match You Had With Danhausen Simon Bro Hope These Matches Continue To The Point That It Leads Into A Spot For You To Get An Opportunity To Compete At Either WWE Or AEW Especially When The Next Time They Head Over To Europe Bro 🇪🇺 🎉🥳😁😎🤟🏻👍🏻
WHOA - now that is cool! Seriously, of all the wrestlers to get a match with, Danhausen is one of the coolest "gimmick" ones! Congratulations. And sweet - Hamilton is about an hour's drive from where I am (London), so maybe I can make your show in September.
Simon, I hope when you are at Alpha One on September 8th you can interact with BMD. He uses the blue thunder bomb, so there is an opportunity for you to take it, kick out then shout “of course that didn’t work”.
Simon, thank you SO MUCH for your positivity and your honesty. This world is hard enough without us filthy animals piling on. Thank you for spreading kindness. Thank you for believing in the power of positivity and sharing it. Thank you for being willing to take risks and to learn from the consequences and then sharing what you've learned. You are an amazing example of how we SHOULD be living our lives. I wish you great happiness in all your endeavors, whether that means you continue in the indy circuits or make it to the Big Show, I don't know. But whatever direction your life takes you, I hope you remain happy (or at least positive). Keep doing the goofy wrestling! GWFL!!! Big heartfelt hugs to you, good sir.
This video has made me incredibly sad. I wanted to congratulate you and remind you how far you have come since I first saw you on The Miller Report with Jim, Burns and Scammel. But then I was unable to find most of the old videos because apparently Videogamer has been taken off of RU-vid? There is like an "historian" channel who collects und reuploads the videos, but this made me sad and made me feel old. Seeing you take your wrestling career so serious after you started in some silly RU-vid skits is amazing. Keep being amazing!
honestly i always like it a little better if the match is not to perfect, a little "flub" up somewhere makes it feel less rehearsed, maybe even a bit more 'real' and heck sometimes it actually leads to something else.. like Drew McIntyre accidentally came up with the claymore kick when he went for a big boot and slipped because of his pants. (or so i've heard) i believe AJ styles and at least one other person messed up a top rope move once, and were "afraid" to do it for some time after, so they went weeks or even months of not using that move, then brought it back because it was "needed" to win the match. so hey if things weren't perfect, that's great.. nobody is perfect.
As someone who was there at Weymouth Pavilion that night with my son, who is a big wrestling fan, and my daughter, we really enjoyed this match and can't wait to see what ganna with T.B.A. Danhausen is such a friendly guy. I would love to see him back at Weymouth Pavilion in the future for sure, maybe in a different kind of match 😉 Much love Simon ❤️
The two people I want to wrestle more than anything! You are awesome Simon! I know what you mean though. I won the THRASH Wrestling Bloody Hell Death Match tournament in 2022. But I was in awful shape at the time. I've lost about 40 lbs since then. I keep thinking to myself that was the year they decided to push me? Haha. But also that drove me to lose weight and get in the shape I am now. Golden up for you Simon and love that Danhousen
