72o definitely counts. Their fault for all folding.

I feel like a lot of these hands, especially nut flush on paired boards, could be categorized as "sigh calls". It is extremely impressive to consistently make correct decisions with strong folds and the occasional bluff catch. Great stuff Ric!

Nice playing, nice folds with the flushes. Agreed 100% on underbluffed spots, especially when they involve turning made hands into bluffs. The thin value bet with 67s, it would have been interesting if JRock turned his AJo with As into a bluff, blocking backdoor nut flush draw. Although from his perspective, facing a larger sizing, and since he has two pair, its probably not a good hand to turn into a bluff. Since, normally, you want to turn marginal made hands from the bottom of your value range into a bluff, and two pair is a bit too strong to be bluffing with.

@slick ric, do you think if you had a little over pot sizing in the last hand on the turn representing the nut flush or 2nd nuts, opponent would have folded?

6:27 horrendous raise. just the fact that you said value/bluff should be reason enough not to raise. also the phrase “in game” isn’t an excuse for not making the right play. if you should’ve gone geometric but didn’t just own it.

@user-up3iv4ll5q

You should have never bet that river with the nut flush if (like u said) u think AJ’s range has a ton of flushes , those flushes will all just bet the river and u can check raise all in and get it all
@user-up3iv4ll5q
@user-up3iv4ll5q Месяц назад
And then when Scott raises, u could fold and lose 0$. But even with Scott not in, you should always check that river if you think his range is a majority flushes because you have them all coolered and he’ll bet his flush himself and u check raise all in and get it all
@user-up3iv4ll5q
@user-up3iv4ll5q Месяц назад
Huge misplay on turn with middle set, you should almost pure over bet that to set up for river jam, missed boat loads of value on that hand, again u should have had his whole stack. Next time; be aware of stack size so u can size correctly on turn so u can jam river
@user-up3iv4ll5q
