Unless Ethan is a baby I don’t see why Mia has to be present for visitations. If Tony does have a criminal history that somehow causes him to require supervised visits that is totally something she should have told you before letting him in your apartment. But I think the real reason Mia is lying about Tony is because she’s still sleeping with him. It’s the only thing that makes sense. You did the right thing kicking her out. She doesn’t respect or love you. She just saw someone she could use to improve her situation. Unfortunately Ethan is caught in it but that’s not your fault it’s hers. & Mia & Tony are getting what they deserve in the end. I hate cheaters.

seeing as the supervised visitation was not court ordered (someone else would have had to do the supervising) either Mia didn't trust Tony alone with their son...or it was only to have the affair. Facts we do know: Mia LIED when she said that Tony would only come over when OP was there. Mia & Tony were having an affair. Mia & Tony were committing fraud while using OP's apartment. Mia cheated & lied AND publicly smeared OP on social media. OP is NTA!
