1:09 it's caused by all of the planets individual gravitational pulls on the sun. It causes it to 'wobble'. It's the exact same process that they use to detect planets around other stars :D

@Aly Cutt When our galaxy, (the milky way) collides with another galaxy in the future (which it will) called Andromeda, They are both so huge, and we are so small because of how big they are, Our entire solar system will most likely stay with intact, with a 0.00000001% chance you of colission, the only things that will have a durastic change on earth would be the night sky, it would be full of brown ripples of Andromeda, search it up, I actually wish I would live to see it.

@@eamondo1076 Seeing as the collision won't be for around 4.5 billion years and that's the estimate time the sun has left until it dies, the sun will have started expanding into a red giant around that time (or may even have died already and turned into a white dwarf) and would have swallowed Mercury, Venus and maybe earth. So no, by the time the Andromeda galaxy has started colliding with the Milky way, the solar system wouldn't be the same as it is today and may not be intact.

Think about it like this. Even if it came, it wouldn’t effect earth until the sun and pulsar collided. We would still be ok while it was happening, and we wouldn’t be able to anything about it. We would just have to wait for everyone’s doom. That would suck

So if a pulsar enter our Solar system and effect some planets off course like Saturn, Neptune and Pluto, We only have the remaining major planets Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars and Jupiter right? Uranus will probably be the new last outermost planet. So if a pulsar in hypothetical enter our star system and Earth continues it's normal course around the Sun is there a chance our Moon will effected because of a pulsar disturbance?

At over 115,000 miles across, you've massively overestimated its size. They're typically around 12-15 miles across, about the size of a large city. They're tiny, but they have the mass of our sun crushed into its size, which is why they're so screwy with gravity.

I don't know why this question arose in my head just now but perhaps you have heard the latest best hypothesis of the Milky Way black hole quantity. Some have said that we had two suppmassive black holes rather than a singular event. I never followed up on the conclusion of that discussion. Perhaps you can put that senerio in the simulator and see what happens if you haven't already?

Actually the sun is moving always. It, like all the other stars of our galaxy, are rotating around the black hole you said. Basically our Galaxy is like a solar system of stars around the black hole. And the Galaxy is also moving through space too.
