Bro I really need your help what does it mean should I pursue the degree or should I pursue skills I am in tier 3 college should I approach for GATE or should I approach Coding skills
@@TuniShnip yeah right I think is the dream of a lot of people to become software engineer at a big company but less of people do a lot of efforts, it's really hard
I’m 21 currently in my 4th year of my PharmD program. I never wanted to study pharmacy. Life just happened. But I began learning code this year and I’m really loving the experience. No matter what life throws at you, always try to follow ur dreams.
6 years at where? those who don't know he is from IIT, he is into top 1% of Indian students, he had strong logical foundational concept of maths, physics, chemistry. yes you can learn coding but to be a professional programmer or developer you need a strong logical foundation and consistency
He has a degree in Mechanical engineering. And most of the subjects that are included in mech engineering ain't much relevant to programming, except a bit of mathematics. So stop being blinded and inconclusive when you hear the word IIT. The fact that he said it despite having graduated from IIT and worked so hard for 6 years he still Couldn't land a job of a mech engineer , only proves that you might still end up being jobless, despite having graduated from an IIT. IIT doesn't guarantee a job, remember that
thanks man, needed to hear this. i'm in the same position now as you were back then, 25, pursued wrong degree and jobless. recently just restarted learning to code again, hopefully one day i'll be able to make it into the industry
Why bro mechanical engineering is a evergreen branch , though the salary is comparatively low than computer science but it still good enough.. that's my personal opinion ,I don't know much about it
I am also interested in comp. Science and programming stuff... I would get chemical engineering at vssut should I take it or go for comp sci. In private clg??
Im 25 now, and i studied geological engineering. I really dont much about geology, i just like studying geochemical. But when i learnt my first day in programming, i feel fun than in geology. This short give me courage to start learning progamming.
As a fellow geologist, of the same age, I also don't like classic geology although I can see its importance. My passion was always physics and because I'm after geophysics MSc I had to get better at programming. I feel like we can all learn to program but don't forget you can always use your coding skills for your geoscience-related work and combine your knowledge of both fields to be better as a scientist. I feel like these days those who can't code, will either learn by their own or be forced to do so in order to keep pace.
@@sideris2510Don't you think prompts to LLM/natural language programming will replace the need for scientists like you to learn programming? I can see the benefit of getting to know the basics of programming, but wouldn't it be far better for the most part if natural language prompts can replace full fledged programming?
Im currently 25years pursue in engineering. Now i fell souless doing this job for my career. Last month i was given task to do a dashboard using looker studio. My project revolved around alot of coding in my google spreadsheet to make ease of data entry and automate the data entry into data visualization in my looker studio. I had zero experience in IT when i start that task, even my boss said i just need to do simple dashboard without complicated coding but without realizing i feel enjoyment in coding and at the same time contemplating wether i should change my career. I am afraid adn still seeking answers but man your friend quote really gave me the confidence to take this big step which im about to take after this short. Onward to the next step which is thinking on how should I start to transition my career. Pray for me
God the youtube algorithm knows how to keep me alive. Im 23, was so confused what to do with my life, ive completed 3 years of bca, pursuing mca ,had a job in an mnc two years ago, but got laid off. demotivated to continue this career even if i like coding rn,Your short gave me an idea of "never too late to start" . Thanks for the hope.
I am 26 with a degree ( social sciences) but still not a sigle relevant work experience in the field. I really need a major change and i am now really intrigued by the idea of doing something in IT.
Fresh out of school with my degree in dental science i was strugling to find a job in the field, plus the entire industry is corrupt where im from, so i started learning programming at the age of 25, im 27 now with one year of experience as a software developer
Similar stuff happened with me, In my 3rd year as a mechanical engineering student at IITM, I began to regret alot on taking mech instead of EE or CS in other IITs. So, I started pursuing career in data science which i liked a lot.
Dang. That made feel better instantly. I am in the data career path but didnt land job after grad in 2020 despite right background and experience. Paid for DE bootcamp in 2021. Worked 2 yrs 2022 and laid off 2024. I still chose the right career path/major despite having the face the major roadblocks and crazy job market so that should at least leave me optimistic.
@@EWK01 Still jobless. Crazy getting 4/4 failed interviews bc I came back from vacation a bit burnt out & sick. Your brain resets on vacation a bit so you're not as prepped for interviews.
Same homie here 🫡 I have a mechanical engineering degree from overseas. I started from web development. I was learning the past 5 months frontend web development and about to finish . Planning to pursue backend development. I have a strong passion to join one of the big tech companies. Your videos are very helpful to motivate us. Keep up the good work!!!!!
Im 24 i finished my IT degree i work as a web dev i enjoy it but noe that im doing my MS in software engineering eith specilization in robtoics software wnd embbeded software i fell in lvoe with this field anf its a little hard tonget info without any engineering or comp sci program so my plan is to learn snd take electives towards it and do projects and soon get a job in it
At my 25s, family pressure, no fking degree, jobless, but I'm trying to build my career in programming. Sometimes I feel like I should give up on life. It feel like I'm at most critical position in my life, in a momentum, either I will make it or get crashed.
I mean like I would love to travel places for a job even internationally but then I also want work life balance eat healthy and have a daily routine and strictly adhere to that
I will complete my BCA at the age of 20 Ignoring good for nothing syllabus I have strong grip on c++, MYSQL and python And basic knowledge of c, vb.net, java, c#, and html css javascript and some other syllabus things I'm so confuse what to do after that should I go for MCA? or get a job (placement is terrible so it's out of question) and if go for job I'm not even sure what I consider strong grip even matter in industry level, I never done any internship or any interview before so apply for college placement also very scary for me what should I do?
Without any doubt go for MCA if you can afford. Try to crack NIMCET get into a good NIT. If you are good at coding just enjoy your MCA course and build projects you will get a really good job after MCA. After BCA opportunities are very very limited and they won't give good salary at all. Stay away from service based companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro.
@@rishiyadav3033 I can't ask my parents to pay for my MCA after they paid for my BCA(financial condition is not bad I just feel wrong) I tried freelancing in my 1st year but instantly understand it's not for newbi like me, although I did earn some money doing part-time jobs but it's not even close, I know one thing entrace exam syllabus is more then my entire BCA syllabus so I can't afford doing BCA+JOB+preperation
