In this video, I spend a week in Scotland living in a magical enchanted castle learning real witchcraft from Mia Magik. Mia Magik is a real witch with more than a decade of experience studying real witchcraft, “magik” and various healing modalities.
Throughout the week, Mia guided us through a range of practices and deeply healing rituals including a fire ceremony, rage ritual, self-love ritual, and mirror ritual. During one particular ritual, I experienced a profound release and powerful healing. The biggest takeaway for me is that real magic is healing and about remembering our connection with Mother Earth.

Sometimes it is very hard for me to be feeling stuck in high school, as a sixteen year old I already believe so differently than most of my peers, these videos give me hope that as soon as I am out of my cage I will be strong enough to fly. Mia, I want to personally thank you for conducting these rage rituals. We live in a world where we're told "Don't cry", "Get over it", all responses that invalidate emotions like grief, sadness and anger that need to be expressed. I was deeply moved by this from beginning to end. It had me crying uncontrollably and I had a full body feeling of needing to be there. It felt like generations of my ancestors were grieving through me. Since I started watching you, I have open myself to the universe in infinite ways. You appeared to me in the perfect moment, theres no coincidences. This video and the Lemurian made me release so much energy/trauma that I’ve been putting away for years. Feels good to let go, feels good to cry, feels good to be vurnerable, feels good to feel. Connecting with my emotions and with myself, has made me see that magic and blessings are all around us (We just have to be open, have intention and purpose for the rest to be revealed). Thank you thank you Sky. This sound coming from you touched something deep inside of me. A whole world of sound that was forgotten, longing so much to be heard. I recognize this within myself. I am longing so much to allow her to be heard and seen in a safe space. Because truly it is really needed. Again and again this longing to be raw, unfiltered and wild. After watching this fantastic video I felt inspired to hum, so I did and eventually words joined. I sang about holding someone until they slipped away, and I realized that I was singing about my recently departed cat. Last year she suddenly became sick and ultimately we decided to spare her from suffering. I had never lost a pet and I honestly have had no clue what to do or how to adjust, grieving her has been prolonged and difficult. But after singing that song I think it has become just a little bit easier. Thank you for listening, blessed be my friend. 🙏 Rest In Peace Bella.
