Hello and thank you. I read the English and Spanish comments with interest. When I watched the video I realized I was impatient and most things that test our patience are important lessons. This is a teaching video and presumably many who watch will know how to mince onions and diced potatoes, but what if someone doesn't or is insecure about even simple steps in a recipe? Guidance matters so much in the beginning of any new endeavor and while many can slice, dice, and mince in our sleep it seems, there are those who will learn and feel their confidence build by repeating the steps and creating a meal to serve for family or friends. Beautiful and universal. Thank you for sharing this recipe and, by making it 'step by step', ensuring that even a novice will succeed and enjoy!
Maureenshields, maybe you are right on some points but anyway, what is the interest to watch her cutting potatoes in dices during 2, minutes, stirring during one minut, and each step so slow an so long? Even for a beginner, it's not necessary. Not at all

Sometimes we need to be quite. Stop all the unnecessary chat. If it is too long you don't have to watch. I've got a husband, 3 kids, a dog and work full-time outside the home and mindful of how my time is spent, however, a good home cook and look for new recipes. I "relax" with a great dirty martini on my deck watching the sunset with my husband. To each his own, Nancy, and my best wishes ! 🌿🍃
@@nancythane4104 Some of us are married, work full time outside the home, raise 3 children and a dog, have zero patience with the incredibly boring peeling of 5 potatoes when one will suffice and convey the message, our time precious, and relax with a great dirty martini on our deck, watching the sunset with our beloved, hard working and patient husband, listening to the also relaxing and very muted sounds of our children inside, squabbling over everything under that sun and smiling, all's right with the world.
The longest video ever for such a simple dish! Absolutely unnecessary to show all those details. The dish looks delicious and I’ll try it, but please try to cut off the unnecessary prolonged process.
Is it really necessary to sit through all of the cutting of every single potato? We get the idea don't you think? And so much oil for frying a small onion.

Perhaps you do something with them, like add to a stock in the making. yum

Почему такой короткий ролик!? Я не знаю сколько минут варить макароны , да и овощи вы очень быстро резали, а как сыр натереть вообще не понятно?🤔🤔🤔 Можно ещё чуть медленнее......., не на 35 минут, а так часа на 3 и 30 минут.....
