100 ml of warm milk.
100 ml of sour cream (room temperature)
2 tablespoons of sugar.
8 g dry yeast.
1 egg white
1 egg
1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar.
60 g of melted butter
Sieve 600 g of all-purpose flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
