how this man hit his balls and still went further is beyond comprihension. i wanna buy a skateboard and use it knowing i can hurt myself learning tricks and i frankly dont care apart from the hurting my balls
Laurin Tringali everybody learns at a different pace. Don’t compare your skating to others. Plus this guy isn’t skating. Skating is a creative art. Not a thrive to land a kick flip. He doesn’t actually care about skating he just want to land a trick that won’t even look clean cause he has no experience and doesn’t even know that there are more than 3 tricks lol. Sorry for bashing on this guy I don’t know if ur a fan or not. Either way keep it up, I can do kickflips and I still love to do front 180’s. There just more fun. Don’t stop skating it only gets better from here👍
Makes sense, I landed my first varial flip before my first kickflip. It can be easier because your shoulders want to turn frontside, hence the extra backside shove.
I watched yours and took some tips from it… but I still can’t figure out how to pop up and flick with my front foot without my back foot kicking back and making the board go everywhere
Lucas B ok and? No one has to ask he was simply stating and experience of his. And it’s true ollies are extremely easy most people can get it in under an hour. Stop trying to be smart and say “no one asked” he’s expressing his 1st amendment.
Kristian Gonzalez-Runde what worked for me was keeping my back foot over the board at all times and when u feel the flick is right you can easily commit with the front foot as well
After it took me about 2 years of skating to learn this... I don't know if I love this guy or hate this guy. Either way, you're bloody amazing dude. Respect.
You did really good! Definitely a very persistent person. That is what it takes to be a skateboarder. I've been skateboarding for 20 years and I still go through similar struggles every session. Never give up!
I'm sorry, but this is fake He probably skated before and has way more than 6 hours of practice on a skateboard. First, he tried to ollie but couldn't get it, the his first successful attempt was pretty far from the ground. Then he tried to do a kick flip, but when the video was slowed sown, it just looks like he was intentionally kicking the board out from his feet, then he landed a kick flip better that a beginners first kickflip It just kinda looks like he has way more than 6 hours of practice and most skaters would take months of practice to get a kick flip. I loved this channel but I can't view it the same after he faked this video.
Mike i have an extremely difficult challenge for you!!Probably the hardest skill that you will ever learn!!!!Watch Dominik Sky's video called : "Ring grip push up" at the minute 6:43 and do that push up. It's a type of push up that isn't about force but it needs PURE PATIENCE AND PRACTICE. If you do it within one week i will call you the king of learning skills because it is so close to the impossible. It's harder than you would imagine.
This guy actually commits to his tricks on the FIRST DAY he’s ever been on a skateboard or even attempted to do a trick. That’s super inspiring and fun to watch such rapid progression. It honestly took me YEARS to fully jump and commit to landing on top of my board, dead serious. I hope you keep skating man you could get good really really fast
yeah he changed my life! I was told to be incapable of rollerblading but because of this video i can do heelflips! you wanna meet up sometime? We could bring the fire up in each others lives!
Boom! Brings my back to my skating challenge. Those shins!!! I'm impressed you went straight to concrete. I started on carpet and that was scary enough :)
Incredible perseverance, especially with all the pain. Learning to kick flip is difficult and takes a lot of dedication. Insane that u landed one within a week.
I LOVE THT HE FINDS HIS MISTAKES AND TELLS US... I USUALLY SEEN PPL FAILING LATER DOING IT.. BUT I LOVE HIS WAS FAILS YES BUT LEARNING FROM MISTAKES IS. MUCH BETTER REVIEW OF THE ACCOMPLISHMENT 🔥❤️💯👌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏BRAVO 👏👏✌️💪
@@thiccreamy8135 Learned to ollie in a week. It's all about practice 🙃 Some people learn slower though, but I honestly don't understand why people say the ollie is the hardest trick. And I can't see how it would take a full year to learn it. As long as you practice every day, right
Is someone gonna tell him?? Officialy u need to stand 3 seconds on your board after u land a trick, whitout touching the ground in anyway. But still massive respect, I skateboard 9 months, and I can't even kickflip xD.
The principal problem in your flip is: when to jump, you scroop your board back, so you do a varial flip, try to not do that (sorry for my English I'm French 😅)
This is the definition of not giving up. Dude kept trying until his legs collapsed. I’ve been so close to a kickflip for like 2 months. I’m getting it within a week. Thanks for inspiration man.
@@tee9120 sadly I stopped skating. Junior year hit me and work did too, so me and my friends all faded from skating. Here and there we’ll skate but we haven’t stayed focused on it. Maybe sometime soon I’ll get back in it.
Taping and reviewing yourself is huge to be aware of what you’re doing and to progress. Most people never do that. Great job doing so! Keep it up and let me know if you need any help on anything!
i seriously could not stop smiling in this vid, genuinely that was amazing to watch and your energy towards the whole thing was nothing short of inspiring
Sophie The Dinosaur i’m not saying you have to roll away. standing tricks definitely count but you need to stick the landing to consider it landing it. just getting two feet on doesn’t constitute landing if you’re off balance and fall of instantly. hate to say it but it’s a redo and i’m really not tryna be a dick.
Zach honestly I wasn’t sure who to defend here. I see where both of you are coming from. I’m a skateboarder myself. Tbh I think I’m leaning towards Zach cause landing a trick means you landed it and you didn’t lose balance or fall off hence the words “landed it”. It’s still very impressive what he did and I believe he was still successful but I don’t think falling off right after is considering landing it.
Dude it literally took me over a year then i realised i probably didn't do it for 6 hours. i love your v ideos they change the way i approach learning.
Didnt roll away, REDO! To be real though, good job, but you just learned the motion of the kick flip. Actually landing takes a bit more commitment than that. Still impressive
0:31 that is definitely not the most basic flat ground trick the most basic would be kick turns and manuals if ur not comfortable picking your nose up off the ground trying to Ollie is gonna feel really hard because you gotta learn multiple things at once
