Hello all,
This is my 30 day so far transformation in learning German.

Obviously, my level in German isn't great, but I hope it is a realistic indicator to you to see how much you learn a language in 30 days but studying for about 1 hour each day.
I will be looking to make some more videos on how my German has improved over time, after 90, and also a video when I'm in Munich.
This channel is all about self-improvement, covering many topics from language learning, football, fitness, mindset, philosophy, etc.

ich bin gewesen lernen deutsch für eine Woche und es ist wirklich hart 😭 word order is confusing, i have to check with google if what i say is right, i have notes as well but i still forget them. I use fsi courses, duolingo but not consistently and i have been trying to find someone who can teach me. ugh sheiße !

You're only a week in so it's going to be hard in these early stages. But overtime if you can consistently spend time with the language, with apps, watching German RU-vid, flashcards etc, it will improve.

I’ve been going hard on the german for 3 months averaging almost 4 hours a day, and im at a much lower level with speaking than this guy. I have almost 9,000 words, but my grammar sucks ass because all i do is read, listen, and watch stuff. 0 lessons or organized learning of any kind. Not even really flash cards. It’ll be interesting to see, if he sticks with it, if his method of learning ends up producing more useful language skills in the short to medium term than what im doing. The fact that his grammar isnt complete shit like mine is is probably a sign that i need to start speaking more.

Wow, very impressive. That's a lot of consistent work over a good period of time, well done. I'm sure once you get that grammar sorted you'll be flying. Something I forgot to mention in the video is the app 'Language Transfer'. It's free and has 50 short lessons on German, give it a try and see if it clears up some grammar and helps your speaking, also have a look at some online lessons if you're willing to spend money, good luck mate.

Haha, Deutsch ist auf jeden fall einfacher als andere sprechen. Aber am Anfang, es ist immer schwierig.

I’ve been learning German for a little over 1 month too. Had a week~ in there where I got the flu and had to stop immersing. Really cool that you’re even able to speak with so little time, I don’t think I’d be able to but I did understand you.

I appreciate the comment mate, just keep going at it and it will soon click. Don't be misguided though, as I said my speaking isn't that good as I struggled to hold conversation in my lesson. It wasn't till very recently where I've been able to be a bit more confident speaking, but obviously this is still no where near fluency. As long as we stay consistent, we'll both get there, good luck.
