Im a 100 % vegan. I travel with my jack fruit. Does she have the lions main mushrooms and cook it as fried chicken. I may travel there tomorrow. I rather know what she has on the menu before I travel. I cook my own vegan foods but variety like vegan places in the US.
Glad you got an interview. I wasn't able to coordinate my schedule to do an interview. But I eat there all the time. Ironically, the restaurant is across the street from my office.

you have to show the food/drink and maybe the menu. people are more interested in the food than the owner's story. they can get nutrition advice anywhere else. they clicked to see vegan food in ghana.

But as Christians the Bible allows us to eat animals. Moreover, I'll suggest for folks to look up their blood types and try dieting based on their blood type. There's a book on Amazon that helps you navigate your diet for each blood type. Don't follow a diet blindly just because somebody is doing it. Find what works for you, your mind, body, and soul.
Are you certain you can trust the many, many translations of the Bible verses? Verses altered and words replaced to justify the evil world we live in? It’s the mass industrial murder of animals for me. Lambs are baby sheep that are murdered so you can have something young and tender on your plate. Cows loaded and shot in the head with a mechanical bullet and left to bleed out in a mass grave. The Bible was written long ago...today’s world is led by evil practices. Today’s animal meat industry is abhorrent and on a spiritual level I cannot support the industry. All things should be in moderation but the industry is supplying a world of gluttons who eat meat three times a day everyday, which is not what the body even requires. Yes, people should find what works for them and not follow the media propaganda which glamorizes and normalizes frequent meat eating.
Vegan is not necessarily plant based and Vegan should not be equated to good health. The foundation of Veganism was founded by a British vegetarian 75 years ago who stepped away from the vegetarian movement as he believed animals should not be consumed in any form. Plant based, Vegetarian and Vegan are all entirely different lifestyles.
It is only now with all the new-fangled vegan processed food that vegan means something different. When Donald Watson coined the term 'vegan', he wasn't only about abstaining from meat and animal products but it also meant whole plant-only food. They did not drink alcohol or smoke. Those people lived long productive lives. Now veganism does not equate to health.
