I know from my brother's example, there's nothing wrong when a man takes care of his appearance. He is a local TV presenter but I also know businessmen who do the same. He is either grooming his eyebrows and eyelashes with coconut oil or Cherish Lash booster that I presented)) And his glance is always the most expressive thanks to that. As to the hair coconut oil is totally sufficient, just one should remove it after with a lot of lemon water.

Use conditioner before going in the shower all over then rinse and use shampoo as normal definitely works to get the oil off.

Omg it made me itchy too! I was so happy when I finally washed my hair lol. It worked like a charm. I’ve been suffering w a dry scalp, constant noticeable flaking, and a god awful itch to the point where my scalp would crack and bleed when I’d scratch it. It was so embarrassing. I had tried everything!!! And nothing would work. But this did! I left it overnight, left a towel on my bed, and washed it off w the charcoal head and shoulders the next day. I would say that 90% of my flakes and dryness on my scalp is gone. 😍 I love coconut oil! I got mine from Trader Joe’s.

Well what you doing just for experiment it's very common practice for Indian girls. Next time you use coconut oil next time just microwave coconut oil for 30sec and then apply it's absorb more deeply in hair.

I sometimes, use olive oil castor oil and coconut oil tougher it makes my hair sooo soft and smooth , but you have to wash is thoroughly. And I did this treatment it's sooooo amezing I definitely recommend it. Not really my opinion matters but just saying.

In my country we use coconut oil in our hair from childhood. We dont leave it overnight because it will ruin the hair in long run.... Just warm the oil by rubbing palms or heat a bowl and then pour oil into it after the bowl has cooled down a little... Apply it.... After an hour wash your hair. If you dont like your hair being sticky, apply shampoo...

I put coconut oil on my hair for 1-2 years and i still did a big chop because it was so dry. I had my hair curly, had good hair routine, washed hair once a week. My hair became much better when i stopped using it. Now i use real coldpressed avocado oil once a month for several hours. Works much better. Works different for everyone i guess.

Hey, if you have a dry, itchy scalp have a look at the ingredients in your shampoo as sodium dodecyl sulfate can really irritate and dry out your scalp but it's also the main ingredient that causes the shampoo to lather and with the shampoo you used it seemed to be very soapy. Which is fine, nothing wrong with soapy shampoo it help trap the grease but maybe not the best if you already have an easily irritated scalp. Also I'm a huge fan of coconut oil.

It completely depends on your hair i use it once a month because there’s a slight chance of build up and it can stop the water from going on your hair but i know people who use it once a week and they’re hair is fine. It really depends on your hair and you know your hair the best so i suggest using it once and seeing what it feels like and decide it off that.

I assume I should alternate coconut oil treatment and deep conditioning, but how far apart should I do them so the CO doesn't prevent the deep conditioner from penitrating? Like one regular wash in between?

Hi I am going gray naturally and have curly hair which is in good shape. Would this work for me? I wash my hair once a week with a shampoo that stripes the color out. Thanks
