I have multiple signatures as well. One to get my post and one to sign legal stuff. I always make sure to look the postman straight in the eye when I draw my post signature. Which is a single line.
That would make it invalid. Another reason it isn't legally binding is like any smart famous person, his autograph for fans is different from the one he uses to sign legal documents.
This dude is going to do the most insane shit humanly possible and people won't bat an eye for that would be the average Tuesday along with the amount of side quests Fosh has completed
😂 this is 100% the kind of shenanigans Tom would find hilarious. Met him back when I worked at Harry Potter and a few other cast members who were there for an event they are all sweethearts. Except Rupert Grint who was drunk and just down right hilarious 😂
Good thing yt has this newest comments first glitch now. Gives us a break from all those "OMG U GUYSSS I HATE TO BE THIS PERSON BUT THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 12K LIKES" when all they did was repeat the funniest part and put a skull next to it 💀
I'm glad he consulted with the lawyer. I mean, if he didn't get the ok this could've been bad. I actually want to do this to my friends now. I mean, imagine them being like: "Yeah we're friends" and you just pull out a shirt like: "Nuh uh, besties I have it on a contract."
Tom is such a nice famous person. I bet he would love this video. He can take jokes very well and I have never seen him brag about his famous situation. He is a wholesome dude.
Law student here Sorry to be that guy but technically it isn't legally binding because the recipient needs to intend to make a legal relationship (intending to be in a contract)
Your videos have been a great encouragement to keep striving for greatness or even just to keep working on achieving my goals. Keep up the amazing work!!
@@Soda_B its basic contract law... i study law in germany... same here.. you require a decleartion of will even indirectly counts... here the person doesnt know it declears anything... for such cases a thirdparty observer would be imagened... from the outside perspective... in this context its clear that the person is signing an autograph "Sign my Shirt", "Trying to get a few autographs" are clear expressions of asking for an autograph, you wouldnt expect it to be a contract... its even impossible for him to be aware... its misleading in germany we call that malice deception. its not legally binding its not even a mistake of decleation where one party doesnt know that they declear something, think somebody rasing hand on an auction to greet a friend... its impossible for him to know that he decleares something.... its still fun, to know why its not legally binding... not sure about uk law in the specifics... they had their own way back in history with common law....even when nature law came up....
@@Tlinden250 …okay? I don’t care about the legality, I just think it’s lame to come on a video and just go “well actually he’s not best friends with that guy” No shit he’s not, it’s a funny video and expressing that the law doesn’t work that way is dumb
