You should have a set number of items allowed in the house. From 6 (technically the minimum) to some slightly absurd number like 150+.

Another challenge like this could be letting the number decide how many of that type of room you need to put in the house ? For example if you get multiple kitchens you might have to make a bigger house or maybe an apartment split between roommates. Idk it’s just something that I thought could be fun :)

I feel like you could add a stipulation to this challenge that you have a minimum number of items. So kitchen needs (1) Fridge (2) stove/heat element (3) at least 1 counter (4) a sink. So set the lower bound to 4 and you’re golden.

when i saw this in recommended i thought you meant you'd assign a number to echt room and have to build a certain thing in each so it could be weird like maybe the bathroom would be the entrance and the dining room would be like where you'd put a bedroom. not sure if any of that makes sense. also, i've been watching your videos a lot more during quarantine and they're the only thing keepingg me sane!

2 things for the living room: 1- you technically could have randomized it again because you redid the kitchen after you switched to 30 2- you could have used a sectional so it was 1 item instead of 2

Another challenge idea, use a number generator and whichever number you land is the numbered item you can use in each of the categories. Ex: rolls a 2 so you have to use the 2nd cabinet option 2nd sink option etc. Good luck matching items and color tones to make decent looking rooms

You should do a challenge where you use the generator to pick an item from each category for each room. Like when you want a couch, use the number generator to pick the couch (you get 5 pick the 5th couch, ect).

Sims build challenge idea: Use the number generator and whatever number you get is the item you have to use. For example if you get 14 u have to use the 14th item listed in build mode for everything (the 14th couch, table, cabinet, decoration, etc) and u can use as many items as u want in each room. I came up with it on the spot so this could already be a challenge. Sorry if the rules are confusing! Also u can change the colour of the item you get to make it easier. You also have to pick a different number per room like what u did in this video. Good luck! (Comment if u have any questions)

You should do the number generator but the number is the item you have to pick and the swatch color. So if you roll 3, the third option!! Just an idea idk if it'll work :) But honestly, I've been enjoying all ur videos recently because you've been doing soo many build challenges.

Ok i did it too and here are my numbers :) Living Room - 9 Kitchen - 20 Dining Room - 7 Bedroom - 15 Bathroom - 7 Im pretty happy with my results :D

You should do a challenge where you build the house and set each room as a number. Then for example, the living room is 1, do the number generator, if you get 3(if three was supposed to be the bathroom for example) you have to decorate the living room as if it was the bathroom!

Maybe an idea for a new challenge. Built a house with a medium amount of rooms. Make a line on which rooms to built from first to last. Then have a generator with the rooms a house has (same amount of rooms you built) and then let the generator decide which rooms you'll be building. So you can't decide when building the house first if it's going to be a bathroom or maybe a bedroom. This way there might be big bathrooms, small kitchens and so on. And if a little extra you could do that rooms can be generated multiple times. Maybe if 5(kitchen) gets generated 3 times there will be 3 kitchens or so. Hope you can see this and maybe have fun with the challenge

You should do a challenge where you label the numbers with a room (for example 1 can be a kitchen and 2 a living room) and you use the number generator an whatever number it lands on you make that room so you could get a kitchen like 3 times

You should do this challenge but with the rooms and walls instead. First you generate a number for the number of floors and then how many rooms you can have in the house or how many rooms per floor. Then generate a number for how big the rooms are going to be, do this for each room, ex. You get 5 and a 10 you have to make it 5 tiles long and 10 tiles wide. Sorry for my bad English and have fun

Video idea : when creating your sim use the pick your story questions things and ask Siri a number between 1-3 or number generator then answer the questions with those numbers. Once you get all your traits try to make your outfit, and home according to them. Then try and be successful in those traits.

Idea: Assign each room a number Ex- 1. Living Room 2. Kitchen 3. Master Bedroom 4. Bedroom 5. Bathroom Then she makes a house, and picks a room to do first. She does the random number generator and whatever number she lands on that room has to go in that space. So a bathroom could be the entryway that you walk into, or the kitchen could be in the back of the house. Just an idea, and I would love for you to use it!

You should do another numbers challenge but this time each number corresponds to a specific room so after you built the shell you go through room by room and ask for a random number and that’s the type room you have to put in the room. 8 tile kitchen? better make it work! 20 tile bathroom? good luck! hope this makes sense 😅

Another challenge idea could be: You write down different types of rooms (kitchen, bedroom, etc.) and number them down to how many different rooms you have and then use the number generator. Maybe you end up with a normal house or a house with every room being a bathroom. Who knows.

VIDEO IDEA: number each empty room in the house number ideas for rooms (kitchen, bedroom..) generate a number, whichever number you get first is the room/space you have to use. generate it again and whichever number you get this time is what you have to furnish it like! so in the end you could end up with the ‘kitchen area’ actually being a bedroom. the layout would be weird and it would encourage you to go out of your comfort zone!

After some thought, I'm pretty sure for any room in the sims you need a minimum of 3 objects Think about it. Bathroom: toilet, sink, shower/tub Kitchen: stove, fridge, counter top Dinning room: small table, 2 chairs Bedroom: bed, dresser, table/nightstand
