I let go of my fantasy self and it changed my life
Welcome to this week's video. I thought it was about time I shared my reflections and thoughts on how much I've changed and let go of the fantasy self that was holding me back and taking up space in my life.
I talk about letting go of spirituality, the old me (my fantasy self), the new me (surrendering), and the small changes I made to get to where I am now (which is feeling freedom, happiness, joy, and mindfulness most days of my life now).
I really enjoyed sharing the concept of my fantasy self and keen on sharing more about this subject in the future. There were actually a lot of small changes I made that I didn't mention which I will most likely make into more videos (they are like tiny changes but make a big impact), but the general gist of the video I just wanted to get some things off my chest and share a general concept which all relates back to your fantasy self.
