Hey Kas, as a personal trainer myself I had a question about your promo at the end. What do you mean by "back squats aren't the best for goalies?" Back squats are good for everyone, it strengthens the posterior chain and does great work on your hips and absductors, which are some of the most important muscle groups for a goalie to train

I filled in A league last week and it was way out of my comfort zone. Had a similar game, just couldn't quite get the puck. But back down one league the next game and had a shutout. You'll get it back next game my dude.

That's was a rough one, The camera on the helmet as a viewer isn't that good by that I mean you see about 1 foot out in front, it also appears that your playing almost at the goal line and finally it distorts the play. Maybe more from the stands and fewer shots from the crease :). No Fox today? all in all great job producing the content.
