I have gone out wearing a jacket, crocs (with socks) and shorts and I've not caught anyone even giving me a second look. The biggest fashion mistake I made accidentally was I went to an exam wearing beige top, beige shorts, beige socks and beige sandals and I remember catching one of the staff having a cheeky laugh at it.
