“The beret is really taking it over the top.” Honestly, it isn’t. It’s the accent piece, since majority of the outfit is black and there’s a very small amount of yellow. It’s a huge part of the outfit in order to bring out the pop of yellow and tie it together. It’s fine to be honest if you think she doesn’t look good, but there is absolutely no need to make fun in order to tell her they think it doesn’t look good. But honestly, dress how you want. I loved all the outfits. They were so different and so unique. It really is fun to take risks with clothing.

you can’t really say that. just because someone is out of their comfort zone doesn’t mean the outfit is good. you have to take in your body features and correlate them to the outfit features. you can’t generalize the people who have different opinions than you just because you don’t like their opinions.

Tbh I kinda perfered it over everything else they picked out. Based on the pictures they showed her style seems incredibly cool and makes her feel comfortable so bonus points. Style isn't one dimensional for sure, but the outfits that she wore were definitely on trend. Also part of style is taking risks with clothing, whether it be with one aspect or multiple. In my opinion, I like the outfits. They played with interesting color schemes, silhouettes, and prints.

Fashion is taking risks, being stylish doesn't always mean that. However, if you just go for stylish, but take no risks, it just gets a bit boring...(as much of it will be the same or very similar) Ashley (or how you spell it) is already stylish, she just wanted to experiment a bit more with her style, which I think Freddie and Jasmin are perfect for, as they kept it in a sporty, comfy style, which is what Ashley already wears.
