There is no other premier league club at the moment that is structuring their club around youth like Arsenal. When players from these other squads start getting old our players will be in their primes. Arsenal are a work in progress but when they get back on top they'll dominate for years. Smart strategic planning that the fans don't have the patience or vision to see.
