@@mimi-milkymulti_fandoms6735 in the summer of 2022 , Brawl Stars was doing bad , then they did all the updates that really changed the game like removing boxes adding masteries and bling , then in the spring of 2023 Brawl Stars was in it s worst state since Beta , so they added Starr Drops which raised a little the numbers of players , but it wasn t enough , so after that they added Hypercharges which revived a little the number of active players , then they reworked Club League and the Brawl Pass , and in december 2023-january 2024 Brawl Stars literally became so fucking popular , like when the january Brawl Pass season started the servers literally crashed because they weren t expecting that many players
@@vallikescrackers-28Actually, currently it is a thousand times better than before, everyone is just blinded by nostalgia, before a rookie with 200 trophies could have Leon and a person with 50k did not have any legendary, it was a change for the better and then "the boxes came back" with the star drops and although it hurts people the star drops are the same as the boxes and even better and they are currently complaining because they get special special and someone from 2k gets crow, it was the same before and they never complained.Although I'm not saying that no one complained before, and don't mess with me that I'm sure I started playing Brawl Stars, I've been playing since the game was launched globally.
@@Ivan-pz2cl starr drops should be considered a crime against humanity. They always give token doublers and power points, so far i opened atleast 800 i only got 3 brawlers all being epic. So shut up about the "pay2win" bs. Atleast boxes always gave coins, sometimes even gems.
Brawl boxes will always be in the history of brawl stars like other items tickets star points and chromatics but brawl boxes will never be forgotten 😭😭😭
Don’t worry next brawl pass the bonus rewards will just be Starr drops well the worst part is it’s next brawl pass- but at least you’ll get better rewards than boxes which isn’t the worst better than having nothing!
@@user-yy3bi3nl2estar drops are good but to make your way up to upgrade a specific brawler but now you get the pionts and the fun of having idk 10 lvl crow is amazing now you dont even need to play like 100 games just 30 and you have the upgrade
@@zixross7900still whenever you opened a box you were excited to see if theres 6 or 5, gadget, star power, or NEW BRAWLER. Now you unlock them in order. It is not even interesting :(
I quit brawl stars near a year ago, during it’s prime which to me was between season 1-12. I came back recently because some friends decided they want to play more but realized they removed the boxes, literally the whole point of the game other than gameplay. I really miss prime brawl stars and should of cherished my time more during its prime.😔
Dude people is stupid or what why everyone is so blinded by nostalgia Boxes were just luck progression system that’s awful cuz depending on your luck is bad specially when is so many brawlers credits are way better + Star drops the progression improved so much for end game player with boxes was just awful get a brawlers was just gambling

I have been playing this game since 2018 and I know that Im not that much of an og but I remember the feeling of getting a brawler from a mega box only true brawl stars players remember this. So brawl stars if you're reading this please bring the boxes back😢

No brother! credits are way too better, i can understand that we all grown with boxes. But it looks so unfair when someone gets legendary in 1000 trophies while a 10000 trophie ID got 0 legendary. I mean when I was at 10000 i suffered a lot, then I got way more brawlers. But c'mon, bs community always do everything favourable for their players
boxes can be nostalgic, but they were worse because of the gambling addiction. now they are replaced with starr drops which are free and theres a guaranteed progression with the credits system
When the boxes were removed I was just sad all those memories I had with the boxes my cousins used to press on the play icons like press amber and hopefully get her but then they had to remove boxes me and my cousins used to party when we saw flashing 3 ah good old memories man.
Those who don't know why there are no boxes, changed because it was gambling, countries don't like gambling so they had to because at worst they would close the game in a country where you don't like it, it was the same with overwatch
even if for playing 5 years i never got legendary brawler from the boxes but i still misss the boxes but i like the star drops more bc i can get skins and bigger chance for brawler
@@That-Romanian-Comrademan, I've been playing since 2019 and I just won a legendary brawler when they removed the boxes then, the new system is much better
Why boxes were worse: 1. No guaranteed progression, you can open a lot of them and not get a brawler 2. Gambling addiction. I don't have one anymore purely due to the fact boxes were removed 3. They were replaced by a more consistant way of getting brawlers. Note that, I stopped playing before the Lola season, even before. It was very hard catching up and getting used to credits
Why starr drops are worse: I barely get any brawler from Starr Drops, I may only gets skins/pins I got Leon from a small box and you can get more brawlers from boxes stop misleading Legendary brawlers nowadays from starr drops are now extremely rare, I've never got a legendary brawler once in my brawl stars career. Legendary brawlers were much easier to get before, you need now 3800 credits to unlock one. Note: I'm a OG, since I started before brawlpass came out in 2018/19, and I never gambled since I'm F2P for a long time. I grinded for boxes for a long time stop misleading ppl

I never said starr drops are better than boxes, I said credits are better. 5. And also, unlocking legendaries back then was a LOT harder and you weren't able to choose who you get so you can just get Meg as your first. Also, 1.9k credits is ez to get, that's how much your first legendary costs, meanwhile you can go months without getting a legendary with boxes if you're unlucky. AND don't think you know better than me cause you started in like 2020. I started while safes/vaults were around instead of boxes.
Btw, you require XP or the milestone to get credits, while you need to do quests to get XP and you need to grind daily because quests are limited. While the Milestone during 10000 trophies, you don't get many credits anymore and the milestone grinding will become useless at a certain trophy road. While in a single day in 2019, you could get lots of boxes.
well... when the brawlpass was here, we were all happy and joyful because we can finally get more rewards. Then, the boxes were gone. But we got starr drops! So let's be grateful to brawlstars
