When she said how she misses her family, I started to tear up cuz I can really relate with her; i haven't seen my family in vietnam for almost 10 years because my parents were busy and when we already planned to go and visit them all the covid started so.... We can go through this cause we are strong. Fighting!!

I think a lot of us feel the same being away from family. The worse is when you’ve lost people in your life or when your friends/family are celebrating big milestones and you’re not there with them 😔 Wishing everyone good health and hopefully we get to see our loved ones soon

I could really relate to you when you talked about your family. I was supposed to go back to the Philippines in 2020. However, the pandemic happened and fast forward 2 years later, we were still unable to go and see my great grandmother. It honestly breaks my heart because she raised all of us and now she is there by herself. She cannot go anywhere due to her health and lockdown. She isn’t getting younger anymore and all I want is to spend time with her :/ so you better believe I started tearing up with you hahaha

It was nice seeing everyone coming into your place with welcome cake and later new year festivities. I live alone too, although I'm capable, I haven't really taken care of myself. Seeing your grandparents on the screen is still nice although it does pull at your heart strings for all that you can't be together and say. Aww Nessie I hope you get to visit your family soon, I read somewhere that Australia might be opening it's boarders, I'm not too sure yet but I completely know how you feel. I live in England with my parents but my grandparents and other family live in Poland and I hasn't seen them since 2019.
