Thanks so much for watching! What's the wildest thing you've ever seen at a gas station??? PS - here's the link to get 50% off your first box from Factor (use code REVUE50): bit.ly/465dxwC
One time we took a family road trip across the country. We always looked for travel gas stations and happened across one with over 10 slurpee flavors. It might have been Flying J or something but it was epic!
and then people wise: had someone yell at me because he told me he wanted a receipt pre transaction. I had forgot by the end of the transaction and asked again. He yelled at me "WELL I ALREADY TOLD YOU YOU SHOULDNT HAVE TO ASK AGAIN!!!" but i shut him up real quick "SIR, i struggle with memory loss:)))"
This reminds me of when I stayed 24+ hours in the middle of Wyoming. Wind forced our bus to stay off the freeway. We lived between a Baptist church that was generous enough to lend us their pews as beds and a Love’s gas station. The town we were in (Wamsutter) has not even 200 people in it. The whole experience was scary, frustrating, but honestly life altering. Really opened my eyes to a part of the US I had never seen - both the people, and the geographic location. Large gas stations/truck stops are a weird place, but truly are a very representative of the US as a whole.
What an absurd and awesome video 😂. I love how earnest you were in this video and how you went out of your way to not only be a nice and respectful human to staff and the space, but also called it out as a model for other creators of how you can do a video like this without being a total narcissist lol. Great job as always Sam!
I’m only about a minute or 2 in but I can say amazing editing and production so far I’m amazed you don’t have more subs. I also really enjoy how you seem to be looking for your own niche in the RU-vid community!
Nice work, i respect that you respect all people and arent one of those youtubers that sneak into places, keep doin this and you will get really popular!❤❤😊😊
Thank you for not being the "Bother people at work for views" YTer. My wife has been a "victim" of one of those people and of course everyone in the comments called her a Karen.
@@therealsamreid The Taco Bell content made me a fan! Lmao. She was fine, we have kids older than those guys and she put them in their place. That's why I put victim in quotes. 😆
@@zacharyriley4561 I can't remember, but the company she worked for sent him a letter and threatened legal action since he was filming on their property without permission whilst harassing employees. It was some young Eff boy with like a million subs.
This video was lovely. Really enjoying how kind and empathetic you were about how hard truck drivers work and wanting to support the anti human trafficking organization.
you’re quickly becoming my favorite creator on this app. you’re always so respectful and the content you create is clean and has a good rhythm to it. keep doing what you’re doing !!!!
im a truck driver recruiter and I have to say i really loved this video! People don't realize what truckers do to keep everyones lifes moving forward. Without truckers you wouldnt have the food on your table. The clothing on your back. or even the home you live in. Thank you for highlighting truck driving sam keep up the good work ;)
I don’t understand way your not getting millions of views on everything u post keep going the good times are coming I can feel it brother love the content 😊
One of my favorite things about his contact is he has that Morgan Spurlock type of editing, the added comedy is perfectly timed and keeping your advertisement ads, funny keeps of your not skipping it beautiful
Was thinking the same thing and this type of videos are usually made by people with millions of subs lol. I think some of them are just too scientific (eg the waffle house and the taco bell challenge) so people are bored and they just wanna watch someone go crazy with the food, but for me it’s actually so impressive
If your spouse loves fudge, I highly recommend you come to Mackinac Island to make a video. There’s something like 20 places that sell fudge on the small 3.7 square mile island and it would be super funny to see you try and rate them all. We’d be happy to have you here in Michigan.
Sam, your videos are all so well produced and fun to watch! I'm surprised you haven't hit 100k yet. But good things come to those who wait, or something like that :) Can't wait to see your channel pop off!
Chiropractic originated from a magnetic healer who during a seance talked to a dead ghost doctor who told him cracking backs would heal all diseases. 😂😂
@@robinnicole4466 *Modern Chiropractic* But anyways, the life expectancy in ancient Egypt was 20-40 years. Doesn’t seem like it helped them very much 😂
When I saw the title of the video, my 1st thought was that you somehow stayed inside a gas station washroom for 48 hours. That would have been quite the challenge and a lot more boring! You made the sponsorship part of the video just as interesting as the non-sponsored parts (and you made me hungry, too!). I guess those truckers you spoke to aren't Taco Bell fans or else they would have recognized you and would have jumped at the opportunity to give you a tour. Chiropractors are great for when your back is actually misaligned but if you don't have back problems, you probably won't feel any difference after going to one.
bro unironically runs the best youtube channel ever...not even tryna meatride... such an interesting channel idea love it, lowkey encouraging me to start a youtube channel!
Lets goooo was just thinking I needed my Sam Reid fix a couple days ago. Can’t wait to watch, you inspire me with your passion & knack for content creation. Keep up the great stuff.
Honestly, the two you approached might have thought you were a lot lizard. Or seeing if they kept any valuables, I've heard that break-ins are not too unheard of for truckers sadly. You'd probably get better response reaching out to someone on trucktok (I hate that I wrote out that word, but there's no better way to describe it). Cool video, I like these kinds of challenges. You're not hurting or inconveniencing anyone including yourself, but pushing the boundaries of personal comfort at the same time.
Youre easily one of my top 5's creators on this platform! theres something pleasant about your vids that i cant really explain and i enjoyed every second of this video, pls keep doing you~
The amount of effort you put into this video to not only get different angles and keep it interesting but you're attention to detail and quipy narration
love the hat! I hope Sam will do more "i low-key live here" content. I love truck stops, they're cheaper than a campground (if you don't have a rig), they're so much fun, and this one looks even better than most places I've stealth-camped. My only question: how long did it take for management to notice you lingering.
You need to do a 24 hour food challenge at a Bucc-ees! They don’t allow trucks or have showers but they are really cool and have awesome food. Most of the locations are in Texas but more are popping up in the southeast. The newest location is opening soon in TN. Check them out; I love them!!
This was a fantastic video! I love that you show your mindfulness and human side in a genuine way. These videos feel like you're not just putting on a persona, you're being yourself in front of the camera. Keep up the great work
Man I got some of your content recommended recently and I can’t believe how it didn’t got to me sooner! The amount of effort shows on your content’s quality. You are one vital video away to reach Eddie Burback or some big one like that. Keep at it!
i thought this video was amazing but just at the end you mentioned a real world issue and I knew I had to like and subscribe. i cant wait to watch the rest of your videos and support a man with great values and bringing awareness to such a topic which is underdiscussed and focused on.
Awsome video Sam; they always make me laugh. On a side note, Kim and I sunk about 2 hours at one of those coin machines games in an arcade. So addicting.
