Hey Ali, huge fan of your videos. Think you've improved massively in just the few months since I started watching. Really enjoy when you talk about yourself IRL as well as explaining your thought process in game. Thanks for the content!

For anyone struggling with depression and weight loss, change just one small thing at a time. Work up to your goals slowly. It takes time to put on weight, it will take 1/3 of that time to lose it. If you drink pop, switch over to flavoured carbonated water. If you eat a lot of chips, get an air fryer and make your own by cutting up potatoes and just put on a little salt and garlic or chili powder. If you can't bring yourself to ever cook and just eat out or order in, get a slow cooker off Amazon and most grocery stores offer home grocery deliver. It takes zero effort to dump a bag of frozen vegetables, piece of frozen meat and some water or sauce into a slow cooker. The surprising thing is, once you start to lose weight, you'll just desire to be more active automatically. I've suffered from heavy chronic depression most of my life and I know what it is to have that elephant sitting on your chest. Just remember, do only small things... Take out the trash in your primary living area, sweep a floor, or even just make your bed... You'll see how it makes a world of difference.

Happy to hear you are enjoying life and your healthy eating habits. I too am working on having a health quality of life. I have my cravings under control now and have a soda as more of a treat instead of drinking it daily.

The biggest thing I can tell people who are trying to eat better and workout more is don’t beat yourself up as you change your habits. It’s okay to have sweets and snacks. What matters is how frequently you are going off track. Keep your goals in mind before eating and push yourself to workout regardless of how you’re feeling.

Sustainable changes is the key. Workout routine that you can follow, a healthy diet that isn't insanely strickt, things like that. Cut sodas or use just half of the cheese you normaly put on sandwich, thinfs that are easy to keep up and turn into a habit.

The talk at the beginning of the video talking about improving eat habits was awesome. I am struggling with the same thing right now and it is has been hard to eat better food. Vegetables have never been a favorite of mine. I am just trying to find ways to start incorporating them into my diet and not hate eating them. Good luck on your journey!

I agree with the gym exercise/diet tips but i will say, for the first 2 or 3 months dont worry about counting calories just focus on eating whole foods and very little (close to zero) processed foods, cut most sugars out (only drink 1 Coke (or whatever you want to call it)), and aim for 10,000 steps everyday. The gains will come eventually and trust me you will get some sort of dysmorphia but you have to remember you cant fully diet yourself to be "perfect" if youre not feeding your body (your body will store every single calorie as fat bc it thinks its starving). Bottom line is: -Focus on real not processed food -Walking 10,000 steps a day (or close to it) for cardio -Focus on strength -Starving yourself doesnt work -If youre only working out to get girls, you're going to be disappointed. -Have fun
