Yes it weak to ice, but careful. If you use mage archetype against minotaur, it will rage him or something. Or if you build your MC onto physical, you can try triple warrior archetype to unlock severe skill via synthesis. I guessing it weaknesses to ice, because it reminds me of minotaur SMT 4, and yeah it have the same weakness.
