Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary was woensdag 16 september in Amsterdam om zijn plannen voor Schiphol nader toe te lichten. O'Leary zou O'Leary niet zijn als dat niet gepaard ging met talloze opvallende uitspraken...
It is all about the cost and let's face it what is so special now about flying in a aircraft as a passenger,Get people their quick for a low price the rest is bullshit.Good on you Michael.
One thing I learnt from Ryan Air is people are attracted by low prices and prepared to pay for add ons later on. Apply that to whatever business you're in now - it works !
Yeah but you also don't need the add ons. If you just take a rucksack, don't get insurance or chose your seat etc, I hate people who slag off Ryanair. Yes the service it shit, but if you want a better service go pay more. When I fly somewhere in Europe I just want the cheapest price possible, I don't care if my seat is slightly bigger, if the flight is 2 hrs, just get me there safely for as cheap as possible please
When the American Airlines call for him to come to America to speak to all the airlines and he travels economy across the atlantic arrives waring a jumper you kinda sit up and take notice🤷♂️.. The clip with him talking about the british aviation authority #N.A.T.S is classic on youtube
He said . can I buy you a pint John, one day at Shannon. sure says I . so we had a few He said , Ive got to go for a piss. never saw him again and my flight was boarding I picked up the tab.
His turnaround time cannot be met in schiphol. 25 minutes is much to small. Besides if he gets his illegal discounts then KLM will object. Besides that schiphol is not interesting in Ryanair. they don't want that kind of airline
Which is actually quite safe, standing cabins obviously have strap ons for passengers to keep them from floating away like in the vomit comet. Short haul flights less than 2 hours can accommodate such areas.
2018 he's about to have more strikes in one year then all the other airlines have had combined in the last 20yrs. His luck was gonna run out and some stage. Shitting on his staff, airports, cheap digs at other airlines. But he's made his money, why he doesn't retire and ride off into the sunset with his 500million is beyond everyone.
Ryanair is like an Uber. London Taxi Drivers = British Airways, Ryanair = Uber drivers. Everything is good until you don't - sum up " expenses". I am meaning ==> over all
I wont fly with Ryan air as they abandon people who have paid for return flights. O Leary has chatted much about the UK leaving the EU but has failed to run his business properly.
Michael O’Leary, aka Ryanair, “Shafted” me, the money amount does not matter, I have never flown with Ryanair since. Faced with the choice of Ryanair, or an expensive alternative, I would always go for the latter. I think the guy is a fucking grade A Loon. Seriously Certifiable!!!!!
Why cut off your nose to spite your face. I rocked up late with more luggage than I should have and had to fork out €100 my mistake what's the problem. Move on and continue to avail of the cheapest flights.
Hilarious, “ flights starting at €9.99 “ that end up costing €70+ and that’s without the fare to an airport hours away from the city you think you’re flying to or the online check in that’s almost impossible to complete and the insistence that unlike any other airline you have to print your boarding pass or pay a huge penalty for not doing so .......it’s far cheaper and a lot more pleasant to use other carriers that advertise their fares honestly and fly to and from airports in the cities they advertise.........
Book at €9.99, bring no bag or one small bag and your €9.99 (or whatever) seat will cost you....€9.99. I always pay the extra to choose my seat from those available, bring a10kg bag onboard and priority boarding. I flew to Malaga recently and OPTED not to pay the lowest price and was very happy to pay the additional €27 for the three options listed above. My choice. Wonderful service almost all the time.
Well you just seem like a human that is incapable of functioning. £9.99 flights do not end up costing £70+. You are just too feckless to save your own money or pack light. I have never had a problem with a satellite airport, they usually have cheaper faster connections. Are you incapable of printing a boarding pass? Obviously. If you can't work out how to check in online (15 seconds on the app) then you, sir, are stupid.
Wrong, Wrong and wrong. I flew to DUB from BRI last year summer for 14 euros and 25 back the same day. The airport is an hour away from me so that like 10 quid fuel and 10 back and then its about some food at the airport which as abt 1 lets be honest cus its expensive...... that doesnt even total to 70 dollars what are you waffling about? Air travel is a luxury. Dont take it for granted. If you cant pay, keep ratting in your house and dont go on holiday. simple.
"the insistence that unlike any other airline you have to print your boarding pass or pay a huge penalty for not doing so" Most check-in companies - including many of their own agents in Dublin - think that's so ridiculous that when I tell them I don't have a smartphone, most agents will waive the fee with zero fuss for a reprint
