I have always, since I was a teenager learning to play the piano, LOVED this song. I still have the sheet music for it, somewhere, and I have (long ago) sung it for more than one concert. You have made my day, sir. Beautifully sung...I hope you didn't mind me singing along! (grin) Until mid-2017, due to Rheumatoid Arthritis, I hadn't been able to sing for nearly 15 years, due to being bent so far forward that my diaphragm simply wouldn't support a singing voice. Then my right hip broke itself and was replace, and three months later the left hip was also replaced so it wouldn't break. Since then I am nearly upright again, and have been working to get my voice back in shape, because I miss singing SO much! Being able to sing this entire song right along with you (right through the soprano range high last note) has put tears in my eyes, and deep gratefulness in my heart. Again...thank you VERY much.

Oh my! This song is so powerful and beautiful. This is the first time I've ever heard it and I'm 66 years old. The words are so true and it's so comforting to know that he promises that He will never leave us or forsake us. Once a person truly knows Jesus Christ, they will never want to leave or forsake him either! Your awesome voice just makes any song I hear you sing that much better. You have such perfect control of each note and I'm sure "off pitch" is not in your vocabulary. God has given you a great gift. Thank you for sharing it and blessing others.
