Thanks for running interval tips. Started running once a week because I couldn't keep up with my own fitness plans. Now I run every 5 days. Baby steps. I drink soup with chickpeas and vegetables once a day for lunch it's keeps my hydrated and stay full longer until dinner.

I used to work out a lot at home for more than 7 years and I never complained about any pain in my legs but now I do... when I walk for to long I get pain in my calf muscles to my down feet besides I no longer work out like before but I make it up with good eating habits most of time but not all of it.

Am lebanese as well btw, i have a question: i’ve been fat my whole life (am 21 years old) and am trying my best to lose weight but during this period i’ve always been depressed and sad about how i look. People keep putting pressure on me by always saying “ yih nas7an, you’re fat and ugly” and stuff like that. The question is how did u lose all that weight while remaining positive and neglect the critics of the crowd. I hope you reply, since you’ve done it yourself i need someone with your wisdom. Are all Lebanese people beautiful? Because I seriously haven't met or seen an unattractive Lebanese person. Anyway yes! Getting in shape is about dedication, good food, and water. Only water if you can. If you don't know where to start, start with drinking water all the time.
I love food and I wouldnt mind if my body is big and not sexy as long as its healthy but I think Im too big now its become unhealthy. Ill TRY to excercise and do diet. Thanks for the advice

you lose 75 lb? that is nothing. i just casually lose 100 lbs in 2 year than get 80 lbs in 4 year. beat that XD And yeah nothing coplicated not even training just plain old healthy and balanced eating. Why i get fat again? i become cook XD 2 years ago i quit my job went to university and i am a software engineer now XD gotta start to lose fat again.
