I've been wanting to get a Hellcat since around 2013-2014 when one of my buddy's who's an engineer at FCA was telling me about this engine they were developing that was making over 1000hp on their dyno. Last year on the Hot Rod Power Tour I was jealous of all the guys in their cats with their air conditioning, apple car play, bluetooth, and ability to run 10s and still make it to the next days destination without breaking down or overheating like we were doing in our 65 Mustang.
When the dealer called to tell me this 2021 HC was not sold and was still available I knew I had to jump at the opportunity especially since ordering a 2022 would mean paying more money due to Dodge price increases and less rebates than the 2021.
