많은 분들이 과일로 어떻게 다이어트를?? 하실 수도 있는데 맞아요. 과일로 하기 힘들죠 ㅎㅎ 너무 맛있어서 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
저는 닭가슴살과 과일위주의 다이어트를 했는데요. 시간도 원래는 맞춰야되고 부지런해야되는데 ㅋㅋㅋ시간도 다 틀리게 먹고 지맘대로 다이어트를 했어요. 근데 어쨌든!!! 살은 빠지더라구요 근손실일 수도 있겠지만 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
요즘 정말 여러가지 다이어트가 있잖아요!
과일다이어트도 나름 괜찮은 것 같아요. 음식을 좀 부실하게 먹어도 사과나 캠벨포도,감의 효능이 좋아서 보충해주는 기분(?)이 들었어요ㅋㅋ 물론 맛도 있고^'^

I dieted mostly with chicken breast and fruit. You normally have to have a schedule and be diligent ㅋㅋㅋ But I ate it all at the wrong times, and dieted however I wanted. But, either way!!! I lost weight. Though, it could be loss of muscles ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Lately, there are a lot of different diets!
I think fruit diets are alright. Even if I ate a bit poorly, the effects of apples, grapes, and persimmons are good, so it felt like I was replenishing(?) myselfㅋㅋ Of course, it was tasty as well^’^
